How will you remember? That should tell you how often you do this to people without a second thought.
Just stop being this way.
Why will you be putting up a laughing/smiling emoji for such a bad news. Does that sound like someone who wishes others well?
If you like, dont take note and change.
Stop being rude and condescending.
Not everyone has it as easy as you seem to portray you do. If you dont get that, then you got more problems than you realise.

I don't remember quarreling with you but it is okay. What matters is your application getting approval.

Thank you very much, he's very rude on this site.
I've had a run in with him before.
Snide remarks here and there.
Very unnecessary and unhelpful
Just because he is capable of getting funds without a gift deed, he's making other feel apprehensive not to mention his condescending tone about the NYSC. My cousin is over there and he mentioned his NYSC in his application. He even uploaded his certificate.
People need to learn to be empathetic on this site.
The ITK and rude countenance is becoming unbearable.

Prettiepearlz:

You seem to have an issue with the fact that people are using NYSC. When this same NYSC has been used by various permanent residents. You somehow chose to ignore the fact that the applicants weren't truthful and also the GCMS notes is the VOs opinion which can be overturned and contested. Instead you decided to focus on negativity, smiling and happy. Do you derive joy causing confusion? How about you bring out various applications with NYSC that has been accepted? Don't take this personal but you really need to chill. Positivity is the key and if you can't be, please be mute and don't say anything at all because you are not helping anyone with this gloating and causing more unnecessary questions. Do you also realize that VOs read through this thread and could be seeing your gloating as you confirming that all NYSC applicants are truly fraudulent people? And here you are trying to make an insinuation about gift deed again. I am sorry I have to do this but it's been long overdue, you really need to chill. There are genuine people willing to use their experience. It's a job experience also. You have your experience without having to supplement it with NYSC, congratulation, but remember not everyone is privileged like you. Be at least more positive and if you can't, please do us the favour of being quiet in situations like this. Sorry if you feel offended, however it is the truth and can be a bitter pill to swallow.

To everyone: Funny how this thread has gone into the hands of wrong advisers. Miss the days of Tospmamen Joo2018 Newmum0615, Adunnee, LadyMarshall, Yemiblaze, Ifeoma77, etrange, the two prominent people known for marking PPR scripts and a host of others whom I can't remember their moniker. I am sorry but SOME set of advisers on here seems angry at the world for something I don't understand and if you pay attention you can be discouraged. Someone seeks for solution, they know they don't have a solution, they will quote and write epistles blaming and blaming. The thread is no longer enticing to visit.

Please if you are a NAFDAC staff (regulatory officer), could you share what you put in for activity type (in the personal history section) for your job in NAFDAC?
Also, did you include that you are a member of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria TRADE UNION?

I look forward to your response. thank you.

I was suggesting you calculate it yourself and ask your referee to add it for you.
If its possible, let the person do another reference letter and include this information for you.

Fortissimo502:

I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean I can include this on a separate document to IRCC? Because the reference letter from the employer does not include this.
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by darlinvalerie(f): 1:58am On Oct 08, 2020
you can calculate it yourself
For example, I work from 8am to 4pm. thats 8hours daily.
so this means i work 40hours a week.

Fortissimo502:
Hi All
For the proof of work experience; what if the letter just says full time without saying the number of hours worked? Is that acceptable?

Are you serious?
Is that how its done?
That was my thought as well until someone mentioned the job title exclusion list at the bottom
I got worried.
Thank you so much
These are some of my duties (it will be reflected in the reference letter) and they match 2263

• Sampling and packaging of seized samples for laboratory analysis
• Destroying spurious, expired, fake and unwholesome products
• Surveillance/Intelligence gathering of establishments that are suspected to possess unwholesome products such as foods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics etc.
• Carrying out inspections and raids on public places such as open markets, supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals etc. to ensure their sanitary standards and products fall in line with Federal regulations
• Inspecting factories and warehouses to ensure that staff follow good manufacturing processes.

Also, in the personal history section
In activity type, for the NAFDAC job, do I put Employment or Government?

gracechellar:
the job title isn't the issue. What exactly do you do... That's what you should check.... Google find your NOC and see if there is at least a 70% mstch. GOOdluck!

Hello everyone

Whats the best NOC for a NAFDAC regulatory officer? I thought it was 2263 but regulatory officer is in the Exclusion list so I'm kinda worried and stuck.
Any suggestions?
I am going to be uploading my payslips and it shows my designation as a regulatory officer so I cant even tweak it if i wanted to.
HELP ME OUT, PLEASE AND THANK U.
I look forward to your favourable responses.

OMG!!!
Dimple10 thank you sooooooo very much.
I have been looking over my original post over and over again to see if I didnt explain myself well cos previous replies were not even answering the questions I asked. thank you!

I was confusesd on name of school because i spent 6yrs in the first school then 1 yr at the second (for the retake), which was why i was thinking of writing the name of both schools.

Thank you again Dimple10!!!! :-)

Dimple10:

7 yrs...

The school where you wrote your exam and passed is the one you name in the application because if you are for any reason asked to provide (Will likely not happen) waec result thats the one you will bring out.

Write an attached LOE Explaining your situation if it’ll help you feel better.

When I did my WES, O'LEvel was requested which answers YOUR question.
My question has not yet been answered.
In the Education section, they ask how many years spent for the WAEC degree and they also ask name of school.
I wrote WAEC twice and at different schools, so I am asking what the RIGHT thing to fill is, which is the basis of my original question (pls read it again)
Its not about how many points it will fetch me.

listowell:

Someone has answered you earlier. Why are you evaluating your O'level? Where is your PhD? O'level won't fetch more than two points!

Dimple10:

Someone actually answered you but i guess you missed it. Whether you wrote waec 10x isn’t really Relevant to the application So don’t stress over it. What matters is your university degree as evaluated by the ECA body.
No need to complicated issues by explaining about failing and rewriting.

Make your application as simple as possible and if the VO requires any clarification, you will get an ADR.

Hello everyone
I need your advice.
I am applying for the Express Entry and I'm not sure whats correct to fill in the Education and Study section.

MY DILEMMA

I wrote WAEC twice. I finished school in 2005 and rewrote the WAEC in 2006.
For the ECA, I sent the second one (2006) for assessment.

In the part they asked for number of years of study, i put in 7yrs. (6yrs of secondary school plus the extra yr i rewrote WAEC)
For name of institution, i put in BOTH schools.
I was thinking that when I get the ITA, I indicate in my LOE that I failed the first WAEC at the previous school then rewrote in 2006 in the second school which was what I sent for ECA.

What do you guys think? Has anyone been in this situation? If you have, what did you do? whats the best way to tackle this?

Thanks as you respond politely and diplomatically :-)

Congratulations on your score.
The only modules that I advise people to remark is WRITING and SPEAKING. These are subjective modules and can change. LISTENING and READING are objective and never do change cos its either the right answer or it isnt.
You can send an EOR for the WRITING and SPEAKING. It can only increase or remain the same. It never comes down.
All the best.

Hi everyone,

I just checked my IELTS result and had

Overall
8.0

Listening
8.0
Reading
9.0
Writing
7.0
Speaking
7.5

I'm thinking of remarking my writing and hopefully get a 7.5. I'm worried that the mark could decrease after reevaluation.

Is this possible? can the score reduce?

Please help
