winj3:Your fathers, your fore fathers and all ur entire ancestors and traditional rulers are all fools. Infact, if you or your offspring (if ever you have or will ever have any), if you ever step ur foot in Edo, the Edo/ Benin sand that will touch your leg will become a curse to you and your household, up to your forth generation. So shall it be..... ise!!!! |
I am so proud I am from the great Benin Kingdom. |

Where are the one million people? I doubt if they are even up to one thousand. |
EnEnPeecee:You must be very stupid for referring to the Oba when saying trash. I dont know which part of hell you are from, and i dont care to know if you respect your monach or not, but be informed that we binis hold our Oba in high esteem, so we dont tolerate id1ots like you, so be warned. Secondly, try to always read before you comment cos I can't see anywhere the Oba name was ever mentioned in the article, or you think the Oba of Benin is the only monarch in Edo State? |
The OP ought not to have posted these pics on nairaland. And the yeye moderator go carry put am for front page. I just hope they remove it for peace to reign . This is embarrassing and discouraging |
nyben4eva:....but the truth is so bitter nau, do u have to say it? ![]() But on a serious note, OP, is this your daddy's sitting room? E too make o ![]()

Nonsense thread. Even Oyibo wey invent suit no dey wear am for this kind work. There is a special mode of dressing for every profession. Putting on suit to sell suya is like putting round peg in square hole, e no follow at all. ![]() |
Good news. Prevention is better cure. |

YOLO1:If you really need a bicycle that won't be zapping your energy, then buy an electric bicycle (e-bike). Its battery /motor assisted speed it's 25km/hr. It's so efficient and reliable. I presently live in germany and that is what i use in commuting my place of work daily. I only use my car on sunday, and when i am travelling long distance I use public transport. But do you have the money? I bought mine(brand new) for 2300 euros (approximately 920,000 when converted to naira in black market) But you can see far cheaper ones, below 1000 euros, depending on the brand and capacity. But on a second thought, do we have a developed bicycle route/ road in Nigeria? OP, you have to seriously put ur safety into consideration, especially considering the fact that most motorist don't respect cyclist in Nigeria and many drivers are even untrained. |

baby124:You are so ignorant. Back in the days up to the late 80s and early 90s, almost all house in Benin has Ogun (God of iron) in their backyard. Same with Sango , olokun, Esu . Edo and Yoruba worship exactly the same thing traditionally. |
adebaxton:OK, I will do that asap |
Pls o, architects/ builders , where una dey? |
Hello Architects in the house, there is this piece of land I purchased recently, I wish to commence development on a part of the land(50 by 100 feet) immediately. What I have in mind is putting up three 2bedroom flat on it. Or alternatively, making the first flat a 3bedroom and the rest two flats 1 bedroom each. The full land is 100 by 100 feet, but I only wish to build on only a part of the land for now cos I have other plans for the other half latter. I want to know if the proposed 50 by 100 feet land is enough to healthily contain the house specs as i planned, and if possible, a recommended plan for it. Its for commercial purpose, so a moderate plan is ok. This is what i have been cracking my head over for some days now. I really need your help over this. Thanks |
