The Port Harcourt Refinery is finally operational, despite previous delays and missed deadlines. In August 2024, the NNPC announced an indefinite delay, and in 2019, Kyari promised that all four refineries would be working before Buhari's tenure ended, but that didn't happen ¹. Even when President Tinubu took office, the promise was that at least the PH refinery would resume full operations by August 2023, but that deadline was also missed. Now that the refinery is working, the big question is: what's the new pump price going to be? While some people are celebrating this milestone, others are skeptical, wondering if this is just another "audio clip" or scam. Why Bill Gate is able to walk freely is because 1. There are many cameras around and within the areas and beyond 2. Everybody has identification number , 3.
