That was how one of our former colleague , convinced a lot of us to open a WhatsApp group , next he ask people to send their latest pics , place of work , degrees acquired and so many stuff .

That was how he started bragging that he's in UK with multiple degrees , lecturing in one of the universities in UK , bla , bla , bla. . . . .

Dear Ex Classmates!

Some of us didn't further education after secondary school.
Some of us furthered to University.
Some of us got married, yes, some of us are not married.
Some of us are still strüggling with life.
Some of us are settled.
Some of us are still finding it dïfficult to eat two meals in a day.
Some of us have traveled abroad.
Some of us went back to the village.
Some of us have seen hëll and still facing hëll.
Some are also deàd. Don't forget, and some of us, the last time we sat in a class room was the last day we wrote or secondary school last exam paper.

In short, life is not good to everyone.
Whenever you call or run into your old classmate, please, let them or the conversation be simple.
That we are still alive, it's the thing to celebrate.
Stop making others feel lèss of a value because you're married, engaged or have multiple degrees.
Life is full of ups and downs. Life can turn around.
You can stretch your hand and be a blessing to your fellow classmates, instead of möcking them simply because you're in a better position.
Life is not prèdictable, be humble.❤️🍷

One thing is for sure , the Yorubas will NEVER protest against Tinubu's government, they are okay with Tinubu's government even if hunger , herdsmen, terrorists, bandits . . . are killing them.
For the Hausas, once a cleric tells them that "Protest is Haram", it's okay to them.

I can beat my chest and tell you that if Tinubu will contest again , he will win , How ?

He will call the Yorubas and tell them , can they point at their father's house with left hand ? , he will tell them that Peter Obi is this and that . . . They will vote for him

He will go to the North , share spaghetti, rice and #2000. To the masses , look for some gullible Northern Clerics and Leaders that they should tell their people that Protest is Haram , He will surely do better than Peter Obi , he will tell them that Mu Mu ticket is better than 100 Obis' anyday , anytime. . . . They will vote for him for the second time . . . . Then the sufferings continue

No pity and if you quote me... me and you go get problem

A friend of mine in Ghana told me before that election that if tinubu should get up to 100 thousand votes knowing fully well that he brought upon Nigeria Buhari and Apc and knowing fully well he was part of Buhari's administration then it means we Nigerians are wicked, tribalistic, fake and the worse part of it is that it will reveal that we Nigerians don’t really hate bad government and the way our politicians are treating us we are just pretending to be angry because it is not our tribesman that is in power

Look at what is going on here on nairaland..if you criticise tinubu his blind supporters will quote you and insult you...
This tribalism how long will it end. It is ruining us already.

If you are a Nigerian you didn't support the subsidy removal of Jonathan and you supported the 2012 protest but you now support the removal of tinubu subsidy removal may it not be well with you and your children
If you are a Nigerian and you criticise Jonathan and Buhari now you no longer want to criticise tinubu may it not be well with you and your children

Politics / Re: Nine Months After Subsidy Removal, Where Are The Palliatives As Promised? by DaRuud(m): 10:40am On Feb 10
There are certain things for sure ,

1. The money saved from subsidy removal will be stolen , embezzled or siphoned by some uselesss set of politicians.

2. Nothing good will come out of the money saved from the fuel subsidy removal.

3. The Yoruba Ronus+ influencers will NEVER see anything bad in Tinubu's government, they will rather be killed by Bandits , Terrorists, Boko Haram, kidnappers for as long as Tinubu remains the president

4. The Yorubas will NEVER protest the high cost of food prices

5. With just few peanuts the Islamic Clerics will stand on pulpits and tell the Northerner that Protest is Haram

6.
If the SE protest , they will blame Atiku , Peter Obi

Bobloco:
Where are the palliatives that were promised after the thoughtless removal of fuel subsidies?

1. The N35k cash rewards to workers?

2. The CNG buses. N100 billion was said to have been earmarked for the purchase of CNG buses. Where are the buses, and where is the money?

3. The student loans that were expected to begin in January 2024, we are now in February, and students have yet to receive the loans.

4. N25k social safety net to be shared to 15 million households

5. What about the N75 billion earmarked for the strengthening of the manufacturing sector so as to increase its capacity to expand and create good-paying jobs between July 2023 and March 2024?

6. What about the N1 trillion saved from fuel subsidy removal, which was to be reinvested into the education sector and loans?

Build bigger hospitals- No
Build bigger factories- No
Build iconic schools- No
Renovate your tourist centres- No

Let’s build a worship centre the shape of a dolphin to accommodate more poor people in the same place - Yes

Oblitz:
Nestled in the heart of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, stands a testament to faith and architectural ingenuity - the International Christian Worship Center. More than just a place of worship, this colossal structure has become a symbol of unity, hope, and cultural significance for the region.

A Beacon of Interdenominational Harmony

Conceived as a space for Christians of all denominations to come together in fellowship, the Worship Center transcends individual churches and fosters a spirit of unity under one roof. This inclusivity is reflected in the design itself, devoid of specific denominational markings, allowing each visitor to find their own spiritual connection within its walls.

Architectural Marvel:

Stepping into the Worship Center is akin to entering a modern-day cathedral. Its awe-inspiring design, resembling a majestic aircraft taking flight, soars skyward, symbolizing the ascent of prayers and aspirations. The central cross, enveloped in the flowing curves of the building, serves as a constant reminder of the faith that unites the diverse Christian community within.

Beyond Worship:

The Worship Center is not just about Sundays. It pulsates with life throughout the week, offering a multitude of facilities and activities. A sprawling museum showcases the rich Christian heritage of the region, while a well-equipped library provides a haven for knowledge seekers. For those seeking solace, dedicated prayer rooms offer quiet spaces for introspection and communion with the divine.

A Catalyst for Community:

The Center's impact extends beyond its physical walls. It serves as a hub for various social initiatives, offering medical assistance, educational programs, and vocational training to the local community. This commitment to social responsibility underscores the Worship Center's dedication to not only nurturing the spiritual well-being of its congregation but also uplifting the lives of those around it.

A Journey of Faith:

Visiting the International Christian Worship Center is an experience that transcends religion. It's a journey of faith, a testament to human ingenuity, and a celebration of the unifying power of shared beliefs. Whether you're a devout Christian seeking spiritual solace or an architecture enthusiast marveling at its grandeur, the Worship Center leaves a lasting impression, reminding us that even in our diverse world, unity and hope can soar on wings of faith.

The International Christian Worship Center in Uyo is more than just a building; it's a living testament to the power of faith, community, and architectural brilliance. As its spires reach towards the heavens, it serves as a beacon of hope and unity, not just for Christians in Nigeria but for people of all faiths around the world.

If you ever find yourself in Uyo, take some time to visit this architectural marvel and experience its unique blend of faith, community, and artistic expression.
