Forget it. NNPC is on strike. So there can't be an interview anytime soon.

How many people were invited for the Business Development Officers' role? Let me guess... 13 people right? I wish you good success in the recruitment process @Mayouree, you will get the job. Thanks for the updates so far. I am really curious though how the selection for invitation to tests were carried out. From what you have seen so far and from your interactions with fellow interviewees, what was the quality that stood you guys out and got you invited?

So only 13 people were shortlisted for the test for the role of Operations officer. Funny kinda. why would they advertise if it was just 13 peeps that would be shortlisted, they could have head hunted from other companies for the role. Anyways observation continues.

It appears Oando has contacted the guys vying for the Graduate Trainee positions. They are continuing with the recruitment process ; next stage - Assessment center. Does anyone have any information for those of us vying for the Sales support assistant role?

Who told you that you are writing SHL bro? Have you been scheduled?

Not been scheduled yet. I just gathered info from someone who worked in that same position some 2years back. He told me he wrote shl and then had an interview(series of interviews on the same day) before he got the job.The guy has since left for another oil and gas firm(upstream). I am just trying to prepare myself so I dont get caught unawares. I need the job badly.

Hi guys, congrats to those who passed this stage. I am also an oando hopeful, though in the downstream sector, I hope to align with you guys later in the future. I applied for the Sales support assistant position advertised in November. I have been made to understand that I will be taking the SHL test after which I will be interviewed. I need help from you guys who took and passed the test. I humbly ask that anyone who can remember any useful hint about how the questions were should let me know. Thank you.
