Yes you can, i use it on similar camry and mercedes with over 200k mileage.Provided the engine is not visibly leaking oil and or has been abused with 20w50 for more than 2 years.

Previous owner said he has been using mobil xhp since 2017. Can i still switch to 5w 30 now?
