after trying to conceive for 8months, got my bfp d very first time I used Preseed. Prior to that I had tried YesBaby but nothing happened

Mamas in the house I hail o! Happy bumping. To us waddling mamas and congratulations to those who have delivered and their los. Pls has anyone of us used r.jolad hospital in gbagada. Or know anyone who s had her baby there? I'm currently registered there for my antenatal and so far so good their services have been ok. But then, what do I know as a first time mum. I'm thinking of registering at LUTH just in case.
Please mamas dont read and pass o! Hubby asked me if I know anything about delivery there but told him no so I'm hoping I'd get some information here

my brother inlaw's wife delivered 2 of their kids there safely, but d 3rd baby died few days after delivery due to carelessness in d hospital. For the next baby they had to go somewhere else. U can jus register at LUTH as a second option just incase...at d end of d day it's to jus put everything in God's hands...

I have a question o,can a nursing mum take cough syrup? Am a new mum and my boy is just 3weeks

think u should talk to ur doctor.. 2 weeks after I had my baby I had a very serious cough. Spoke to my doctor about it and she prescribed a cough syrup that really worked very fast n I was still breastfeeding while I was taking it.

sorry mama... It's usually like that. Jus keep giving her d paracetamol every 6hrs for the pain and d temperature, she'll b ok. Also do not press the site of d injection


Like other mamas have suggested, I think it's best that lady goes back to her family for d sake of her life and that of her unborn child. She shouldn't b going thru dis kind of wickedness in her condition.

September teamie and oda mama's, pls am 22 weeks gone, bt since hav bin having ache under my feet especially wen I wake up in d morning to go abt my daily stuff. Pls am I safe Also I had bleeding gum just yesterday, I dnt rilly understand dis ooo, or is it because I had no morning sickness.

had bleeding gum from my 2nd trimester till I gave birth but it stopped after delivery. Didn't really have any remedy for it.

Some babies wean themselves but since he is accepting the breastmilk in a feeding bottle, please continue. I wasn't getting much too with a manual breast pump until i switched to an electric pump (evenflo).
For the formula and poop issue, i think you should talk to a pead and even administer ORS. According to babycentre, the average for tears is 2-4months. Are you giving him water since you commenced formula? He may be dehydrating so please talk to your pead

thanks so much ma, will be taking him to the hospital today because yesterday he pooed green poo and he still poos up to 5-7 times in a day. I do give him abt 60ml water everyday.

Good day mamas, I really appreciate the help u all r rendering to each other. May God bless each n every one of u. this is actually my first time posting here.. I have some questions that really keeps me worried.

1. Is it normal for a baby to jus start refusing to suck bosom milk. I ask dis cos my lo started doing this abt a month ago. Each time I try to feed him, he starts to scream, stretches n moves his face away like 'get this thing outa ma face'. Had to introduce formula because of this and I even have to force feed him the formula, I also have to force feed him pumped breastmilk. I have a manual pump wch I use to express bt I don't really get much with it. So pls I want to know if this is him trying to wean himself.

2. When I started giving him formula, I started with nan bt he wouldn't poo for like 3 days n even wen he does, he strains to poo n it's usually very thick, so I decided to change to aptamil. This made him start pooing up to 5 times in 24hrs.i only gave him the aptamil the day I bought it like 3 times, poo started dt day.had to switch back to the nan the nxt day. It's been 4 days now n he still poos up to abt 5times. Is this normal pls or do I need to take him to a pead?

3. When do babies eyes start to bring out tears cos there's usually no tears when he cries. He's 19 weeks

@enkaydewdrop don't worry u still have small time for the placenta to move, a friend of mine actually had same issue bt her placenta moved at 36weeks. If it has to be CS at d end of d day pls jus do it, the most important thing is mother alive, baby alive.
