Definitely not. This is tinea versicolor. Op can Google it. Antifungal cream will do the trick here. Do not use steroids. Avoid funbact A and the likes ( aka other triple action creams)
It is very important to note that whilst the antifungal cream will kill the germs (malassezia furfur) that causes this in a week or so, the discoloration however sometimes takes weeks to get back to the normal color of the skin.

The remaining virgin coconut oil in the main bottle, should be consumed. Drink 1 spoon in the morning, 1in the evening for 1 to 2 weeks.

If you notice that you are losing weight, don't worry...drinking virgin coconut oil can make you start losing weight within 2 weeks and at the same time, your eczema will clear.

There is no problem taking ketoconazole and latercdrinking vco.Drink vco before or after meals, but not at the same time.

Don't forget also, go see a dermatologist tomorrow.
