ernestleon: My advice for you is to call KCC on 606-526-7500 (7:30am until 4:00pm EST).If have an andriod smartphone use Magicjack to call them so you don't spend money.Make sure you have your details handy when calling.

Thanks for your response bro. Actually, it was sombody that applied for me. In ds-230 part I and II, I used the initials in item 1 and 37 respectively, and wrote them in full where they wrote full name in native alphabet. But in dsp form, I wrote them in full. Pls I need for comments and advice. Thanks.

ernestleon: You probably gave them an incorrect case number or incorrect date of birth (follow the format mm-dd-yyy) or incorrect full name.Check the email you sent to them an see if there was any anything missing

The only mistake I spotted is that they used initials for both my first name and other name for the entry in last year october only the surname in full; as in: U-first name and A-other name. But I wrote them in full in the body of the mail I sent to kcc for the request. Can that b the reason? Thanks.

have you check for d 2NL with ur confirmation number?

lagdude: It is item 45 on ds 230 part II page 4of4 that you wont sign be you the principal applicant or family member benefitting from the lottery but as the principal applicant you have to sign dsp 122 page 2of2.

baba ajala: read the instruction in the ds forms it is boldly written there that you will sign that part in front of the consular on the interview day. item 45 or so in ds 230 form. and that is the only place you are not to sign

ewhoma: Yes, the place not to be signed nor write anything on until ur interview day is Ds-230, item45, part II. Every writting, signing and ticking. On ds-230 stops @item 44.

candytos: Fill another one on line ( I mean that page), print it write ur case number on it then scan it and send it via email to KCC explaining ur error in the earlier sent forms. Ensure u use ur Surname, date of birth n case number as reference in ur mail to KCC. Then wait for an acknowledgment from them.

you still have good time to collect your certificate @ waec office, but if difficult, get online card ready at your interview for them to verify ur result online.
With ur case no: 6***, you are current in november.
However, i will advice you to join 2014 tread so as to help each others like 2013 tread did to achieve resounding success.
