Imo state turn out more lawyers and doctors in Nigerian universities than any state in Nigeria, you use your google. Anambra has been leading where? where did all these singlet sellers resurrect from. what do you know. The waec you are talking about come up with their rating based on ratio of number of people sitting for the exam and number that excelled. Imo state has the highest number of people sitting for waec each year back to back that's why during the ratio calculation it always drops their position. Imo is number 1 in education dont let yiur envy kill you..

Enugu has a better road network unlike Onitsha where most of the street road are bad to the extent that no keke or shutle can pass through them. A place like Awada,owerre aja,okpoko etc can only be accessed with bike.
