Pls I will like to know what scenerio will compel a programmer to develop on a mobile phone. How convenient is it?
That's ur interpretation of my comment! I mostly do most of my work on my pc but I also tend to do some minor testing and debugging on my phone while am on the road or on the go. Also I usually use my phone for testing out some mobile compatability issues. We both know it isn't a matter of convenience but it does come handy not having to carry my pc with me everywhere.

.

Simply google it.
FBI paid a hacker to get it done!
Just did, the fbi director claimed Wat was paid to the third party was Wat he would earn in his annual salary, so people just estimated Wat he earns monthly and multiplied it by 12 months to get $1.3million. Well that wasn't stated in fact by the chairman.

"According to figures from the FBI and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, Comey's annual salary as of January 2015 was $183,300. Without a raise or bonus, Comey will make $1.34 million over the remainder of his job."

seems u didnt do any research Mac OS and IOS used to be d most secures OS until windows 10 was launched.windows 10 is presently the most secured OS as at late last year till now

http://www.nextlogik.com/which-mobile-os-is-most-secure-ios-android-or-windows-slideshare/
Yeah was comparing from my knowledge of the initial release of windows 10, after the updates it would appear to be more secure than the IOS. I guess I lose...I aren't ashamed to say so grin

You are peddling half truths bro.

The FBI requested a Government OS on IOS to recover details after a phone has been wiped (Flashed or Hard reset) already.
This is no mean feat on any OS, not even Android.
A single hacker actually ended up accessing the phone after being paid $1.3million. Lol

To be frank,Windows mobile is more secured than iOS.

Hasn't iOS been compromised severally?
Just check out the icloud saga where celebs got their nudess leaked!
Or the Wechat malware issue.

Where are your proofs then that it's more secured compared to WM?

In fact both use the sandboxed approach where apps can't access each other indiscriminately, so they are very similar, but WM10 receives updates everytime, which brings security patches regularly.

WM10 is presently the most secured mainstream operating system!

I purposely left out Ubuntu because it's open source and Linux based, so we know what will happen when it gains traction.
Lmfao!! FBI paid $1.3 to who? Ur info is as inaccurate as can be, it was stated that they had a third party get access to the phone before withdrawing the case from court, they never made mention of who did it or having paid the third party (otherwise apple would have filed a law suit). And then u said the phone was wiped! U probably did the wiping since that was never the case.

As for the most secure os, I have to give it to windows 10 now, just checked my source for the security exploit I was gonna counter with, but its been fixed with their updates. You win on that count but as for the fbi case your source is inaccurate, go back and confirm!

And as for the leaked celebs pics, that's was done on the icloud service, I count that a separate service from its OS, it's like saying windows is weak because their one drive is hackable! The celebs with the leaked nude pics probable got hacked by gaining access to their respective authentication details, probable saved them somewhere and got taken by the hackers, it was never stated that their was an exploit used by the hackers to get access to their accounts!

my point is windows 10 is more secured than IOS 9
As much as I luv windows os on pc, it's still not as secure as IOS, go nd do ur research my friend. I might not be a fanatic of the IOS but I have to tell the truth, Windows 10 is not as secure as IOS 9, I would explain why but am busy right now but just Google a bit of security comparison between them and u will be surprised by ur findings. Windows 10 is secure but IOS is more!

you spoke correctly and reasonably. I've been a windows mobile user for over 2years. i agree there are lots of limitations but am kinda enjoying the windows 10 OS. i also like the synchronization speed of the windows phone, everything in my phone ranging from evn text messages, contacts, documents to pics and videos are all in my windows computer. One drive is far better than google drive, that's for those who value the use of cloud storage. Nonetheless, android OS is more user friendly, more apps in google play store, but windows phone is still cool in its own way.
Just by ur honest comment I already like you, I have only used windows 10 on laptops, but I am yet to use it on lumia, and yes, one drive is awesome on windows 10.

It is true we are all different. My phone is my phone. Used for calls mainly and it has to work. I cannot use an android phone for calls because the hardware it supports is just poor. If I want to do anything visual beyond calls and simple messaging I use a tab like the Samsung Tab 3. With the 10.1 screen it gives you the field of view you need and the fact that I have a life beyond the internet I can let it charge when I work. But my phone has to be on standby 24/7. Android cannot do this. The fact that you have a gazzilion apps on your phone means it is compromised in many other aspects some of which I cannot tolerate. So you don't see me with broken screens, power banks and other rubbish paraphernalia people need to maintain sanity. And as a field person, my voice phone has to be sturdy, enduring and able to take the heat....so it the network that powers it.
Isn't the Samsung tab you are using running on android huh And then saying an android phone has poor hardware only means you have issues, lolz unless you are talking of a cheap tecno phone I would advise you retract that comment, and as for ba3, that is an issue on every platform, innovators are still working on a way to bypass that, but with a premium android phone like the latest flagship phones. If you want to prioritise you preference on securians, Battery life and sanity then stick to a Nokia tochlight, otherwise don't criticise others preference or choice of phone.

Windows phone ended with 8.1 .. I was referring to windows 10 on Lumia devices as well as laptops. Don't use d FBI as an example, even d FBI has been hacked several times.
U never said windows 10 or laptops in ur initial comment, and when I mentioned FBI, it's because they have the means to bypass most securities and have most hackers at their disposal, but still they couldn't get through the iphones security, and as for the fbi gettig hacked, companies and cooperations get hacked, that is the hacking scene for you!

If u typed all this not trying to make an argument, I wonder wat u ll type trying to make an argument.. So u want to tell me u didn't see files or file explorer in ur lumia? S6 is an awesome phone no doubt infact i wont go for any other android aside Samsung. I never accused u of not owning an S6 , I was talking about d lumia because even d 8.1 version has a file manager
Believe me if i was being augmentative you would know! Unless the file Explorer has been updated, the one i came accross was lacking a lot of features, and not worth mentioning, as for whether i did have the phone... I don't see why I have to prove myself to u.

Windows phone is the most secured OS. Yall don't know anything about phones operating system, u hear rumours nd come here to give rubbish advise
Them putting priority on privacy and security over user experience doesn't make it the most secure, although am not an iPhone enthusiast, I will still say an iPhone is way more secure than a windows phone or Android phone , even the fbi with all their dynamic resources couldn't get through an iphones security, it would appear you are the one lacking the knowledge on the workings of phones operating systems, if you did you would know there are backdoors on windows and android but none on IOS.

As for the other guy accusing windows phones of virus, he is probably joking, we all know that's false!

Your story is very fishy, says who windows phone has no file manager? Are u a programmer cos u don't sound like one (coming from a programmer). I doubt you ever had d phone u mentioned
I don't have the time to indulge you in childish arguements, if its fishy then pls by all means catch the fish! But lemme humor you for a bit.

It would appear you glossed over my comment, it doesn't come with any file manager, and like I said the once on the store aren't worth calling a filemanager!

So I had to sound like a programmer to reply a simple comment? You would gave prefered i was technical in my reply? Why not indulge me in some programming questions so I can teach you one or two things! And as for whether I have have an s6 or not, I will let you decide that.....if you naturally are a "fly by night" kind of guy, doesn't mean everyone is the same! I have no one here I feel the need to impress by lying.

U have said it all. I just don't have the time to argue. I've used all 3 platforms, all flagship and not some mid range phones. The only os I've never used is blackberry , just not my thing. Windows still sucks, this is why they have 0.7℅ market share. Limited apps, the apps that are available have ugly UI compared to android and ios.. but how can u blame developers when microsoft cannot even make eye catching apps. The windows phone UI itself is not eye catching, oversized icons lol.
Lolz I get ur drift, their UI really needs a lot of work and changes. but I wasn't blaming developers, I already stated how they lack the freedom to create awesome applications that will make the OS lively, the fault is from Microsoft, they haven't been in the phone arena long enough to know the rules of the battle. I believe the platform does have something to offer, they just haven't found an edge over other OS yet!

He never told you windows phone is not good for you. He said he is an advanced user, tweaking, programming, gaming, and doing other things you personally don't need.

Do you want to buy android phone just because others are buying it?

Your windows phone remains good, as long as it solves your phone needs.

I personally would be downgrading to keypad phones, cause I find touchscreen phones insecure, awkward, may lead to internet addiction too- something nobody talks about. I don't know what this android craze is all about!!. I have android phone, but don't need all the apps, camera, e.t.c. I don't use any app, unless an app to check my email. All I want is a phone to make and receive call, send email, visit a specific website when not on computer.

Nothing is wrong with your windows phone. Nothing!.
I agree with you on your comment, I for one am already an addict! I don't even want to get desensitised (it's kind of in my line of career ). Bottom line is you should go for phones based on your preference and usage! Not every crowded boat is going your way!

Most of these folks don't know jack about windows phone, been using windows phone since Lumia 520. It was really disappointing in the beginning but the os has been gradually picking up with every update. I use a windows version of HTC m8 running on windows 10 and believe me, everyone that gets a go at it are always impressed. I guess folks are just too used to android to give windows a try. The downside of windows phone for me is they don't get new apps and updates as early as other platforms. Who says instagram and twitter are shitty on windows phone, it's possible you are still on windows 7 or 8 shii
Amusing! I was given a lumia 1520 as a birthday present by a close friend of mine, mind you it was runing windows 8.1, at first glance I was quickly taken by the camera quality, sleek design and big screen (yeah I love big screens) but after 3 days of usage it felt like sh*th (excuse my language), the app store was just as limited as that of the blackberry, the customization option on the home screen was limited to a few changes (which gets boring pretty fast), even the settings menu was clustered and not properly organised, did you know that it didn't have any file manager? And when I tried to look for one on the store I couldn't find anything that even had half the functions of a proper file manager, the ones that claimed to be good were to be bought, when I finally got them, they weren't worth the money! (I just couldnt find me type of apps on the store) I could go on and on but in a nutshell, I used it for about 2weeks after which I gently removed my sim card and went back to my S6.

I have used Blackberry, IOS, Windows, Android, and to tell you the truth, and in all honesty, Windows sucks big time! until they make their os a bit more open so developers can get the freedom to create awesome apps and make the os lively it will remain that way, IOS would have sucked just like windows with its limitations, but the people behind it are smart enough to make design, apps and games a winning point by focusing on them to make up for the limitations!

But at the end of the day, NOTHING beats Android, not IOS, not BlackBerry and definitely not windows! It beats them all in every aspect, in terms of affordability, functionality, community, freedom, Usage, Apps, Games, Store etc. The only thing that comes close is IOS.

Bro please give me some tweaking app names I can use to tweak my Galaxy J5
[color=#20B2AA]First you need to root your phone, before you can use any of these apps, so be sure to do that.

Then after rooting your phone install Xposed Framework, this will act as the skeleton to the tweaking apps i.e the apps need Xposed framework for them to function properly.

Lucky Patcher (for patching, unlocking paid apps and so much more)

Gravity Box ( for full tweaking and customization )

Wanam Xposed (also for twerking and customization )

Blackmat (get paid apps for free) [doesn't need Xposed or root to work]

There are more tweaking apps in xposed modules repository, just open xposed and go through the download repository, a lot of them there!

Only in Buhari's government will the only means of filtering out unserious and unqualified students be eliminated. I mean, I knew we had confused leaders, I just didn't realise they were this confused! Why will students want to read now when their mates going to miracle centers have better chances of gaining admission?
