The guy said nothing but the truth in correcting what you earlier posted, that the doctors or nurses would have to go back to school in the UK or so, but that's not true, all they need to do is under take some qualifying licencing exams in those countries so as they can practice their profession which are in modes (1 - 3 exams) spaced in months or years, which makes it looks like they are in school but they aren't even in school.

Its that simple.
