Business / A Brief History Of New York City Real Estate Market. by Davidnwagu: 8:43pm On Jan 04, 2021 |
The island of Manhattan that is currently valued at $1.4 trillion was purchased at $24. The story is a very exciting one. Most real estate story that ended well didn't start out good. Many people wait and buy real estate, pros buy and wait in the business of real estate. Recently, a multinational oil company bought a property in Lekki and shortly before the 2015 election, they sold to another big multinational oil company, guess what? After the election they approached the sister company to repurchase the property. Here is what they told them, "we are not in the business of buying and selling land". Read this story it is one for any business person. https://www.nwagudavid.com/a-brief-history-of-new-york-citys-real-estate-market/ |
