Kindoo:
Wish you could give detail
do you sell for authors, cut your share and pay them at the end of the month or do authors sell for themselves.
you ad is too scanty.

Thanks for the observations. Sorry for the scanty details.

1. Authors will have a link they can share. But on payfeeNG part, we market authors books also, as the more they sell the more profit we make.

Your success is our success as we make profit when you make profit on this platform.

In this bid, we market eBook and tickects on our social
media and advert networks.

So asides sharing your buy page link by yourself, we also do our own little marketing.

2. Authors get paid every weekend once the
payment threshold is reached.

Payment is automated.

Our percentage metric is 2*0.99%.

Once you upload an ebook, you can view the
prices from "my products" links.

If your ebook amount is say for example, say
N300 ( that's the amount you want to sell it)
Our charge from our metric will be
N187.46

So your ebook will be sold for N487.46 on our
platform.

So for each sales, your original price
goes to you (N300) and our metric charges
comes to our platform(N187.46).

We don't tamper with your original price. We
add our metric price to it only.

The good thing about it is, its ebook. One copy uploaded, available for unlimited sales.

Programming / Re: Aptech Or University Route? Which Is Better? by DavidOluyale(m): 10:58am On Mar 21, 2017
slightlyMad:
so the question now is

between mr emmanuel and university, which is better
if you cant code, you wont get a job, if you do, you will be fired in a matter of months.
IT world is not like the hospital or bank where you can be forgiven if you are below par.

my advice, go to uni and spent your free time in university to groom yourself.

Not a good advice. If you have the money, Aptech is better

Thank you all for the helpful replies, i'm choosing the university option, as ghettodreamz said; i can learn other additional languages myself, especially since this is what aptech indirectly forces you to do.. and i can register and sit for certificates exams whenever i feel.

For anyone else that might be watching this thread, a general answer from people i physical asked is: they're like niit, just a private organization out to make money, nothing special you can't learn yourself is taught

Aeya. this is coming late, but I would have advised u chose the APTECH route.

1. You are only bothered with coding. no English, Chem101 nd irrelevant stuffs to waste time.
2. A UK cert is of more value both home and abroad.
3. You can't be taught on how to code really. You can only be introduced/guided. The real skill develops based on your personal practicing Which is where most miss it.

Many try to cram it. No you develop the skill by practicing.

But its okay. whichever way there's a way.
Programming / Re: APTECH Products Please I Need Urgent Info. Please!!!! by DavidOluyale(m): 10:24am On Mar 21, 2017
asalimpo:
if you're having cold feet, i'd say go to aptech.
not really for the learning but the networking and paper value of the cert. It could open doors for you - e.g
get you outta of the country - u.k etc.
If you disdain subpar institutions and like to get really deep into your field, not minding how long it will take- then go the self taught route.
But remember, self-taught, is like a swear word to h.r, people will look at you like poo!
Most people will not respect you . Even when you prove yourself, they'll still snide at you and consider you half baked - all because you dont have some paper to your name.
That's how entrenched this paper thing is.
But you'll be more fulfilled as a self taught and more able to think outta the box.

Very wise saying. I been active in coding 5+ yrs before enrolling at Aptech. The cert nd bsc matters to really get going. its not a bad try .

Religion / Re: Apostle Suleman Gives $2,000 To Ghanaian Student Who Sowed Seed With House Rent by DavidOluyale(m): 7:48pm On Mar 20, 2017
Matthew 6:2-4 New International Version (NIV) “So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
