I noticed this lump or growth on my lap recently and I can't remember when it got there.. But whenever I hit that place on something it grows bigger and I feel some pains before the pains subside but the growth will not decrease..

It's getting bigger now and I still don't feel pains from it unless I hit something or something hits me there..
