Which Nigerian university do u think is d best when it comes 2 engineering courses? Mech or chem engr 2 be specific.

I received a msg on my phone ystday from a customised no (greenhope) asking me to visit a particular site (www.admissionwithoutjamb.com).when i checked the site a particular guy was asking people to send money to his account to get the manual.I want to ask if he is a thief or it is real.If you know anything about it,pls reply.

Thanks.I have checked their site and found the shool fees unbelievably cheap but if i apply for the pre degree,will i use this yr's jamb for adm. or i will have to wait for next yr's jamb.

Which one do you consider better,Part time in Oscotech(state poly) or full time in interlink(private poly)? Pls i need advice on the one that wont just be a waste of time.
