After uploading the software to my 23g,it change my xcam setup to spycam. I have to revert to my previous software. Think the software is for those using spycam.

Yes and No. Qsat is moving or let me say has moved to spycam. By April, all Avatarcam would have expired

I disagree with you because the software I have presently doesn't open powervu channels anymore, so I believe a new software would/should be released. In addition, auto roll receivers do not need regular software updates(they open powervu channels automatically) unlike receivers that are not auto roll.

Since you already know more than I do, no problem. I'll leave you to sort out yourself.

But let me educate you as a parting short
Alphabox
Str Gsd 6
Gsky

Are all 'auto roll' over, but over the weekend, all these boxes stopped on MTN and Sony. Earlier today, softwares were released over the internet for the users. But here you are saying what you have no idea about.

Good luck

It actually isn't working. Please, any help from you?

No new software around apart from the ones everyone had downloaded before.

That a channel changed key doesn't necessarily mean software is outdated. Its only on auto roll over decoder that software needs regular update.

I'm using 11G, the issue is that I don't want to use 2 dish that's why I'm asking for avatarcam.
I want to continue with my 1 dish, someone said to renew my account will cost 6.5k...i was like for what na? 6.5k for qsat wey no dey steady

What are you watching with your dish?
Let me educate you.

Avatarcam is no longer being sold. Once your Avatarcam expires, you can't renew it again.
Spycam replaced Avatarcam.
Spycam opens two satellites i.e 22 west and 36east.
You can't watch both with one dish simultaneously cos they face two different directions.
To use spycam on your 11g, you'll need to upgrade it in order to load spycam. But wait till it expires before you do that.

I have both spycam and Avatarcam decoders and both will expire in February

You need 2 dishes.

Avatarcam just expired 2months ago but updated to spycam last month, I stay @ikorodu so my installer relocated to badagry.

So you're buying spycam and not Avatarcam. Let me link you up with a seller.

I have two of them.

I always balance it.

I buy from the two of them.

Q13g and giive your phone number.

Do I need to bring it to you or ffix it my self.

1) you'll fix your self and I can explain the simple process of inputting it into your decoder and in less than 2 mins, it would start working.

But which account just expired! Is it Avatarcam or spycam?

When did you buy the decoder?

Ans these questions first
