2) When there's credit but no network?
3) when there's 1&2 but account expired
4) When its an attack

AIT, Silver Bird, Channels, Galaxy TV, MITV, ONTV, OGTV and the likes.

Rome was not built in a day. Its at times more stable than even tv1 but bleeps up intermittently.
If it can be this stable, its good for even tv1 especially in the evenings where tv1 freezes at times as the server load will be shared.
