It's console I think you're trying to say.

Each of the over 20 cameras have a screen in the control room. Then up to 5 guys are in the control room watching simultaneously all the screens on the mixing console.

Any screen they find something interesting, then select it as what the viewers would see at that moment.

See the attached image, that's exactly what's happening.

It's not one individual, as most of you think.

You'll see a screen on the console. It's the screen they decide to show you that will appear on the console and if a housemate is chatting shtz they change screen immediately.

They're lots of people in that control room including the voice behind Big Brother.
