I quite agree with you only about the income level where Lagos, Abuja and Portharcourt lead but greater part of the income would relatively be used on bills- transportation, rent, taxes, etc.

On Safety, I'd give it to Ebonyi, Kebbi... Osun is safe to some extent tho but when it comes to ritualists, fear the state.

On Low cost of living, I would take Ondo state ahead of Ekiti. Ondo state contributes more to Agricultural sector than Ekiti state.

For the timing schedule, you may be wrong. The timing schedule is supposed to show stages in your education/project and the duration

for example, OCT 2018-Jan 2019: Semester 1 and so on. The timing schedule has nothing to do with your personal availability but the time it would take you to complete your education/project.

For those applying for PhD, it may go thus:
Literature review: 4months
Data collection: 3months
Data Analysis: 4 months

etc. It can also be made into a gantt chart

exactly my point ,what i did was visit the department of the schools i chose and downloaded their curriculum which is usually in a one page pdf document which give the time expected for you to be through for the masters

In the last two session, there had not been anything like that. Thus, we can only pick some clues from the days when the department conducted qualifying test.

In that light, concerned persons may look into:

Phonology: concept in phonetics and phonology; speech sound; stress/intonation; phonological theories

Syntax: Sentence patterns/structure/functions; phrases and clauses; tense/aspect/mood; grammar traditions (TGG, SFG, CG...)

Exactly what Frenchfriez said, to be sincere, I sort of envy him, I am going to start my country tour this year, Iam about to acquire a bridge camera. First start with my geo political zone and move from there, I currently reside in Lagos but will start my masters program early this year in Ibadan, so from there begin my tour.

The general acceptance fee is #20,200 but the school fees varies from dept to dept . For engineering student, you have a budget of 120k to 180k which are usually broken down to the sessions you will be having.

It's good to have this, anyway, mechanical engineering applicants are have their test and interview on Jan 12. Anybody with help concerning format of test and interview questions should please help in sharing. Thanks

Even though I believe the methods will be extremely delicious but the nutrients especially from the vegetables are long dead due to frying and overcooking. The best way to cook vegetables in any recipe is put it into the cooking pot after cooking and cover it so as to how the heat from the food to soften it and make it palatable, by doing that you will have an extremely nutritiously delicious meal begging to be digested
