I have a similar experience. I ordered for an innjoo i1s phone on the 8th of September & it was delivered to me on the 10th. After a careful examination, I discovered it was defective, called their customer care & they scheduled a retrieval the next day being 11th of September. There was no mail nor a phone call acknowledging the receipt of the phone. I had to torment their lives with phone calls until they eventually sent me a mail on d 18th that they will send me a replacement as d phone was bad. Do you knw that I'm yet to receive nor hear 4m them again? I had to officially request for a full money refund on the first of this month & since they ignored me, I requested for a voucher so that I can even order for the same device but my request was denied under the pretence that the replacement has been scheduled for delivery. The funny thing is that I'm still awaiting the replacement & to be honest, I don't knw the next course of action to take. |

OlaksEinstein:Yeah I get you completely & that's why I never blamed them for the defect. I only blamed them for lack of communication. If you knew the process will take some time, why not be upfront with me & say Mr. the replacement will take a while say 1 to 2 months. At least you have taken the time to explain to me & now, I'm better informed. When next I call the customer care, I will know the right questions to ask & that's all thanks to you. |
OlaksEinstein:I'm more angry because I was kept in the dark. I kept calling to ask what the problem was even after I received an email on the 18th of September that the device was confirmed defective and that a replacement would be delivered to me asap. So after waiting for over 2 weeks, I was like now what's wrong & after series of calls, I was informed that there's no update on the device yet & that I should be patient. Now I browsed Innjoo's website & saw d problem with my phone boldly written "Bright lines or flickers on the LCD" under the return policy as hardware problem & a valid claim for returns. If they had informed me that it might take a month or 2 months before a replacement is delivered, I would have been perfectly okay with that but instead nothing like that. As I'm typing this, there's no clear date when it will be replaced. I guess it might be 1 or 2 months time. So when you say the way forward has been determined, pardon me if I do not share your optimism because I am not aware of any. I was only told a replacement will be issued over 3 weeks ago, a replacement I am yet to see. Boss I thank you jare for taking the time to read & even respond to my epistle. |
OlaksEinstein:As soon as the phone was delivered to me, more than 10 of my colleagues requested for same phone and almost immediately, I discovered that the device was faulty. I called Jumia & due to how the customer care lady responded I had to tell my colleagues that they shdn't bother buying the phones oh. Majority of them wud have gone ahead to buy it from Jumia sef but when they realised I'm yet to get a replacement, they all just loose interest. That's credibility issue for jumia. Now imagine what those same people will tell others about ordering from Jumia. It takes so much (pain, money, time etc) to build up an organisation but it can take as little as N2.00 to destroy same company's goodwill/credibility. Now I bliv if this issue shd trend on twitter, a lot of persons will come out to state in 1 or 2 ways how Jumia has maltreated them and that wouldn't be good for their image. Anyways, it's just N14,000 so it's really no biggie. |

Moreover, I returned the phone on the 11th of September, that's over a month now. My brother I never try reach? Honestly this is so frustrating. Is it that it is the same device I returned that must be given to me? I'm beginning to think that maybe Jumia took the phone for repairs! Thank you by the way. |

I won't eva buy anything nor advice my enemies to buy anything from jumia. |
pheesayor:I asked for a refund on d 1st of October & was advised here not to request for a refund. I later called them after ova 1 week & told them to change it to a voucher. I received an email that a voucher isn't possible anymore as a new Innjoo device has been processed already for delivery. That was on 10th & I'm still waiting for it oh. I called them today to ask if it was possible to change it to i2 or i2s so that I can pay the difference on delivery & again, I was told no. My guy, the thing don tire me I swear! |

Anyways, I will call them today again and request to speak to a supervisor & I'll take it up from there. Though the amount involved is small, I might have to seek the assistance of @omojuwa on twitter. I think it's high time jumia is taught a lesson. |

Gurus in d house, I greet u all. I ordered my own Innjoo i1s & received it today. However I discovered that while scrolling up or down, d apps icons kind of overlap. I also discovered that after a while, the screen resolution wasn't clear anymore, it was like the top of d screen was transparent, faint or something. The characters (App names for example) wasn't all that clear & smooth. I called Jumia for a replacement & they promised to come pick it up & check it out if my claims were genuine. My question is this, has any1 ever experienced this & if yes, how did u rectify d problem? Thanks. |
Tosyn007: Be that as it may, you also can't deny the fact that the anime graphics is just not it, they should have worked on the anime as it went on. Naruto anime used to be poor too(but still far better than One piece by a zillion miles) but they kept improving on it. One piece anime is a mighty discouragement. Great stories take time to build up, but what happens when you you've already slept off before concluding one anime episodeMy guy na wao, see as u use mouth take bad mouth someone's masterpiece. You may not like One Piece but to be honest, it's the best anime ever to me. I have all episodes from 1 to 656 (high quality videos) and I tell u, d anime is unique! |
