The Nigeria based warranty and International based warranty.

The Nigeria based warranty gives you the license to work into any of the care center and demand for services within the stipulated year for software or other related issues.

The International warranty or non Nigeria warranty, this one tells you in plain english ; " to your tent o ye!" your phone issues will be settled internationally i.e. sent to the manufacturing country.

I have once patronized a mobile stall online with so many promises and words of agreement on durability and best make product assurance only to get disappointed.... aha! the tragic of them all was the slide slippers I innocently and "jejeli" ordered but got the reverse ...Hmm..

Solution
Its simple, most times when we buy a new phone without checking if its 2G, 3G, 4G,or 5G enable and get an higher enabled sim. Example I get a 4G enabled sim and placed in a 3G enabled phone ......���� oga/madam how that magic wan work.?? ������
My ppl when you get a new phone, confirm the network system and get same kind of sim card, You can tell your network provider the kind of sim card that suite your phone need when you do your sim registration and end that struggle and palava��.
