13-year-old assassin murdered in Mexico By Rafael Romo, CNN Senior Latin American Affairs Editor UPDATED: 10:34 AM EST 03.02.13 A 13-year-old boy who had confessed to being an assassin for a Mexican drug cartel was among six people found murdered execution-style, authorities in the central Mexican state of Zacatecas have confirmed. The boy, identified as Jose Armando Moreno Leos by officials, was arrested only threeweeks ago by the Mexican Federal Police, according to Arturo Nahle Garcia, state's attorney in Zacatecas. "After being detained, he confessed to authorities that he had participated in at least 10 homicides and that he was somebody who was good at shooting with a high-caliber weapon," Nahle Garcia said. After his February arrest, the Federal Police released the boy into the custody of the Mexican Attorney General's Office, which later set him free in compliance with the law. The Mexican constitution prohibits the incarceration of anybody under the age of 14. The constitutionalban also applies to correctional facilities. Mexico reports more than 26,000 missing According to Nahle Garcia, Moreno Leos missed a court appearance on February 20."Only his mother appeared before the judge to say that she had lost control of her son after he left the house at about age 11," the prosecutor, said. The court appearance was to determine custody and measures to help the teenager leave behind a life of crime. The boy's body was found Thursday alongside a highway in the municipality of Morelos. The bodies of five other people, four females and one male, were also found at the same location. Officials say they had allbeen shot execution-style with high-caliber weapons. http://m.cnn.com/primary/cnnd_fullarticle?articleId=cnn/2013/03/01/world/americas/mexico-young-assassin&branding=&pagesize=10&category=cnnd_latest |

berem: I heard 2 rival cultists have been gunned down.possibly more to go.don't forget those are humans you counting. |
You need to see a doctor to check on it if this is a persistent pain, especially after using pain killers and doing some normal theraphy and excercises. And what type of job were you doing? Did you harm yourself at work that causes fracture or muscle strain or sprain? You don't know if its any form of arthritis,so the best thing to do is go for a check to ascertain the problem. And that's when you can treat it. |
Sons of perdition. . . The major reason they join cult groups is for their security. But the irony of it is that most are killed in their primes in cold blood. How deceitful! If this is true, lasu might be shut as usual. |

naptu2: Please can you tell me what makes Nigeria a secular state? Is it written in any law or any section of the constitution? If it is, can you cite that law for me?Section 10 of the 1999 constitution. Oga,secularism in this context does not mean nigeria don't recorgnize religion. Secularism is commonly regarded as an ideology that holds that religious issues should not be the basis of Politics, or (in the extreme) that religion has no place in public life. Essentially, secularism seeks to preserve the religious neutrality of government and cultures. Nigeria is a country with multiple religion. The only way the government can please all is to please none concerning the issue of religion when it comes to implementing state policies. So the question is – how is it relevant in this case: The issue of education is under the scope of state policy, and there are rules and regulations concerning uniforms students wears. Religion shouldn't be an excuse to compromise such rules and regulations. |
This issue is no contest at all. . .Nigeria is a secular state. Probably, islamic republic like iran provides such for girls in school. Those who mobilized the school kids for such protest, instead of being in school are just some idle bigots who lacks information, claiming their rights where there is none in this case. |
Think its adviceable to check on the net for past results once in a while. Very frustrating situation! |
