I made a transfer of 500,000.00 into my ecash wallet account on the date of May 30, 2020. But 250,000.00 was the money that dropped into my Ecash wallet account. Its remained 250,000.00 to balance my Ecash wallet account. When i call customer care, they told me that the maximum allowed balance on my Ecash account is 250,000.00. However, my account will be funded with the balance once have exhausted my current funds. When i exhausted my current fund, they did not refund my remaining 250,000.00. I called them for the solution, they told me to send my details so that they would be able to upgrade my account, i sent all my details has discussed. But since that time, i was unable to receive my money from quickteller. And later, they directed me to my bank (First Bank), i discussed the issue with First Bank Customer Care, and they told me that my account would be credited as soon as possible. Since that time, they have not reverse my 250,000.00. When i cannot hold it anymore, i went straight to my First Bank Branch to discussed the issue, when i got to my First Bank Branch, they ask for my account number, and i gave them. And i saw the time they gave me before my account could be credited. And when the time was up, i did not received alert. I still went back to my First Bank Branch to complain the issue, they escalated the issue. Still now, they have not reversed my money. I called quickteller customer care that whats going on? They told me that they are doing the upgrading, once they finish there upgrading, they will now credited my account. Please can someone highlight me on this issue because am a novice.
