BusinessRe: Cashless Nigeria Is On. by dayus444: 4:37pm On Jul 01, 2014
Nice thread, i'm not in any of the pilot states but i'm interested in knowing how people will receive this. I just hope it's not one of those policies that goes into oblivion after about one year. I have a feeling this will soon make front page.

BusinessRe: Issues With Nairabet Payout by dayus444: 8:54am On Dec 24, 2013
The last time i checked Nairabet has a forum where u can always get issues like this sorted out. Talk to them about it. You'll probably need to provide evidence that you own the account.

BusinessRe: Please, I Seriously Want To Meet Aliko Dangote And Mike Adenuga. by dayus444: 5:06am On Dec 23, 2013
NeuroBoss: I'm a budding entrepreneur that's definitely going global. Global? Yes! With a good university degree, good grasp of seven major international languages, risk taking ability etc, I'm way on course. These two are my greatest inspiration in Nigeria and I definite want to have a chit-chat session with them. I want to ask questions.
How they got so great amidst daunting challenges?
How they were able to build nation wide networks that cross tribal divides. And I just want to see them one on one. Any clue?
Honestly, i feel there's no need to meet this people except you are a super celebrity or showbiz person. If you need info about them, you can always use google. I'm sure lots of stuff has been written about them already. And bro - seven international languages? - that one no be beans o.

don ifez: Pls i just want to confirm if aliexpress is still accepting debit card,i will like to begin arnd february,is there any alternative for buying without using a debit card gotten from the bank
The banks are still the most convenient option as far as these cards are concerned. But there are third party services and companies that can place the order on your behalf while you pay into their bank account.
BusinessRe: What Can I Import? by dayus444: 11:17pm On Dec 22, 2013
zezebabyxoxo: I was wondering what I can import with around 5m capital that would move quickly and yield high profit.
I think only you can sit down and brainstorm properly on the products you can import. N5m is a whole lot of money. Please do your own due diligence and research.
BusinessRe: The Dollar To Naira Is #173 To $1 by dayus444: 10:53pm On Dec 22, 2013
That's a serious issue you've got there o. But i have a feeling that gtb has some hidden charges, because the exchange rate can't just be N173. Mine is UBA mastercard
BusinessRe: The Dollar To Naira Is #173 To $1 by dayus444: 10:36pm On Dec 22, 2013
Where were u charged at that rate and what did u buy? The last time i used my naira mastercard to purchase a domain name online, i was charged at N163 to $1 - and that was 3wks ago.
NYSCRe: Corper Precious Died In A Car Crash In Jos. (pix) by dayus444: 12:49pm On Dec 10, 2013
It's such a shame. This thing happens every now and then, batch after batch. It's either a corp member is killed in an accident while travelling to camp, or returning home after the 3 weeks. May God save us all in this country we call Nigeria. R.I.P Precious.

NYSCRe: A thread for corpers posted to Zamfara by dayus444: 7:59am On Mar 03, 2013
Please oooo, watz all dis i'm reading in dis thread, some are saying u need about 12k to travel from lag to zamfara, that is not true o. I'm a batch C corp member serving in zamfara. I took off from Akure, ondo state. When i arrived at Tsafe camp a day before registration commenced, i then realised that i had spent more than twice as much as a photographer that also came from Akure to Tsafe camp spent on transport. I spent over 6k, while he spent about 2900 naira. When i was returning to zamfara from d chrimas break, i spent a little over 3k. So otondos, dnt waste ur money o. As a matter of fact, if you spend anything over 5000 naira from lag to zamfara, you are wrong oooo. If u are coming from ondo, ekiti and environs, or even abuja nd lagos, u can call me on 08061386740 for more guidiance.
BusinessRe: Online Sellers Refuse Shipping To Nigeria (Pic) by dayus444: 9:25pm On Aug 02, 2012
The major reason why most sellers online do not want to ship to Nigeria on most occasions is not about a bad postal service, it's because they are scared that they could get scammed one way or the other. This is worsened by the fact that a lot of sellers on eBay have been scammed several times through fake PayPal payment emails being used by the infamous 'Yahoo Boys'.
