It's so heartbreaking! Network disappeared and appeared and I refreshed it, only for it to start from the beginning instead of it to continue!

I'm using the latest official OS, 2.2977 or so,cant remember again.
How do I do a wipe when I can't open any app on the phone? Seems the phone is just mad at me for no reason at all.

Dunno what's wrong with my z10 oh! None of my apps are opening, any time I try, it closes by itself. Some don't even bother to make attempt in opening. I've done hard reset several times to no avail.
The new wahala today is sim incompatible. I dunno what else to do!
And I can't access anything on the phone through my system, it writes location not accessible.
