Make sure the software on the torch 2 is up to date....the OS, BBM, blackberry world, BlackBerry protect, BBID app all must be updated to the very latest version

1. on your z10, simply log in for the first time with the same BBID you have on the torch 2 or

2. you can use BlackBerry link to migrate your profile...both BlackBerrys must be logged into with the same BlackBerry ID. You need to install BlackBerry link to a pc and choose the option to switch device. Follow the onscreen instructions

Please I was given a BlackBerry z10 with os 10.3.1.522. But d problem is that if I power on the phone all the app will launch when I click on them, but after like 15 min some of the app won't launch if I click on it. i have wipe the fone once but the problem still persist. pls what is d possible solution?

Download android assistant apk, install, click on tools at the top right and click on mobile network to turn on, then go back to your amazon store or android apps it will connect.

What could be the cause?
I use bb10, I started using it july 2014, it has been so cool using it since then untill of recent that I started encountering problem with it. The battery of the phone may be on 90% yet still receive device is shutting down message which it will immediately shut down. The terrible one is that the rate at which it hot is more than much.
Please what could be the cause of all these problems?

I had that kinda issue wit my q5, I used BlackBerry link to reload the os. Or u browse online for autoloader just to reload the os

The last time I experience that was wen I did an upgrade to 10.3.1.... and I didn't load the debrick or desktops wic is an essential file in the upgrade after the core os. Just try and reload the os. I biliv an error. Occured along the line
