Your message is titled “FREE SEX IS NOT FREE” you should have made the topic the center of your write up, using points such as the risk of diseases which you tried to present & the stress of emotional attachment especially for women which you also tried to present but again in a clumsy manner.

Now back to the gospel, first of all note that sex was created for pleasure then procreation in a monogamous setting (today the world has changed), while the word of God never does (I strongly believe the Bible needs to be updated anyway), for this reason Christians are admonished to adhere to the word but this generation of Christians have begun to challenge a lot that has been passed down to them & sadly those who passed it down to them are unable to further convince them simply for their own lack of proper knowledge of the word. My question for you is asides the Bible saying sex outside marriage is fornication & in marriage with another who isn’t your wife adultery do we then say polygamy is a sin because even this our preachers have not been able to answer which means Muslims will go to hell then.. I mean by their teachings lol. Now how else can you convince anyone on why indeed sex outside marriage or in marriage with someone who isn’t your wife a sin? Don’t forget in the same bible some of the wealthiest & closest people to God had sex outside marriage & in marriage.. Abraham, King Solomon etc. The funny point of sex having negative spiritual consequences if done outside marriage is also dumfounded because there is no where in the Bible where it says sex has spiritual consequences as our preachers teach, in fact the Bible God commanded someone to marry a prostitute. So my dear friend if you want to preach pls study properly or pick topics you & firstly start by understanding your audience, align your message with the audience then come up with a message that’s understandable, a message you can defend. I'm trying hard to live a life free from sin and sexual immorality and I am doing pretty well but of recent, my hormones/body have been raging and I am finding it difficult to cope.

Now to fight this urge or the hormones, you need both logic & the Holy Spirit. LOGIC: Get your self away from anything (activity such as movies, other forms of visuals, music etc that can arouse your body) & try as much as possible to stay away from people who you can easily give into to & try also as much as you can to get engaged with something constructive that you can mentally fully commit to e.g start a a course online, study for something that will develop you to make money legally, read books on self development & enterprise). Don’t forget the saying that an idle mind… THE HOLY SPIRIT strategy: Meditate & ask the holy spiritual to help you, while at it use the Bible & messages online to gain as much knowledge as possible on what the Bible says about your body being the temple of God & the habitation of the Holy Spirit, then begin to think of the capacity of God & how special your body is that he choose it (you will see the importance of sanctifying your body & keeping it holy) & unconsciously the holy spiritual will begin to dominate your thoughts, secondly pray to God to help you find the right man to settle with because the Bible says He or She who can not hold themselves back sexually should marry.
