"Ambode revoke my land"*... Tayo Ayinde


Mr Tayo Ayinde is a notorious land grabber: a member of a vicious land racketeering cabal alongside a certain Engr Omotosho.

Their modus operandi is to identify yet to be developed vacant plots in Lagos State government developed schemes and use their influence to revoke this sale and resell it to themselves at giveaway prices: a now serving Senator and a former Permanent Secretary was their major ally.

Governor Akinwunmi Ambode emergence as the state helmsman based on numerous petitions and complaints put a stop to this flagrant abuse of power and ensured the rights of all landowners in Lagos State are well protected, and restore ownership of lands back to their original owners.

Governor Ambode further put in place an anti land grabbing law and an anti land grabbing committee that ensures land grabbing either by means of violence or by official abuse or corruption of bareucracy is no longer a feature in Lagos State.

Mr Ayinde a former Chief Security Officer to former Governor Bola Tinubu owns a palatial residence in Ikeja GRA, multi billion hotel in Ikeja the state capital Watercress Hotel and Infinity Hotel in Abesan town behind the Lagos State Low Cost Housing Estate.

Championing the gubernatorial quest of Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu is a life and death scenario for Mr Ayinde.

Sanwo-Olu was the head of the Bureau for Public Enterprises in Lagos State who sold lands on behalf of the state: he generously protected the land interests of Mr Ayinde.

The land grabbing syndicate joy knew no bounds when Sanwo-Olu became the General Manager of Lagos State Property Development Corporation: however Governor Ambode being a man whose eyes is on the ball shut down all designs for illicit wealth acquisition via land grabbing and racketeering.

Genuine land issues are settled by the courts any one who feels his or her land was maliciously prised off is free to approach the courts for adjudication.
