Since it's time for facts let me state my fact I'm a Nysc corper presently serving in benue state. Something happened in my school where I teach. A teacher sent his wife to look after his farm in anyim 2 weeks ago. One night some group of fulani herdsmen came to their room and brought the women and sliced the man's wife face with a knife for no reason at all. this man is just a pri sch teacher with six kids, as am speaking 2 u, the woman is still in the hospital. Last friday we were discussing this issue in d staff room and I got to find out that even d catholic church in my community is housing refugees in d church. I was furious telling dem that hw can foreigners come and drive them from their own home and no one is doing anything abt it. Thank God for fayose. Would love to say more and reveal more but....

There is a ban on importation of crude palm oil, that is the cbn restriction of individuals to access dollars for CPO importation.
The best thing for nigeria to do is to look inwards to develop ways for nigerians to supply CPO to companies that need them.
My company is working towards supplying nigerian companies CPO.

N.B the demand for CPO by nigerian companies is highly on increase.
Manufacturers association of Nigeria held a meeting with CBN pleading with CBN to remove restriction on CPO importation.
ALMost all compamies in Nigeria uses CPO from noodles, cosmetics, confectionaries. Etc.

This is the best time for palm oil states to start investing in CPO.

And yes, people have to work for their own money as there should be no free lunch in life except for people who absolutely can not work for it or are hindered by circumstances.
Nothing is vanity, if it makes you happy and fulfilled in life obviously coz claims of an afterlife is unproven and shouldn't be the basis for our goodness. But at most you giving should be based on love for humanity not fear of some deity.

We keep paying subsidy on fuel consumption that is not having any positive effect on our economy instead it keeps draining the FG purse. Instead of us to stop the useless subsidy and divert the money into agriculture.

The effect will be too harsh on ordinary Nigerian. I know but its something we will eventually do.

If we can afford to keep using our funds to block the bottomless pit of subsidy, I see no reason why the government cannot provide the loan at less than 2%.

I don't blame PMB and I still blame him. Coming from CBN headed by Emefiele who has proven to be grossly incompetent or intentionally trying to sabotage the government. This is a litmus test for the Finance Minister and the Minister for Agriculture. They should call the president to order on this.

If we devalue the naira Nigerians would die words frm emefiele
We are import dependent and any increase in dollars will affect d price of goods and services.
To devalue naira is to please d world nd displease ourselves.
CBN placing ban on access to foreign currency on goods dat they feel we can manufacture here is a good idea to me. But the issue is how do nigerians tap into d manufacture of these products for self sufficiency and export. It's painful now but if we cn see the potential in it we would move foward.

On sanusi issue
Sanusi is a great man to me because he always said d truth which most politicians don't want to hear. In 2013 during d fuel subsidy issue, he said in 2015 Nigeria will go bankrrupt if we countinue to run d economy d way we did.
He was d one dat attacked senators on their salaries nd allowances. He opened our eyes to d waste of nigeria resources

All this plot against him na scam to tarnish his image.

Remember when the senate wnted to make a law to regulate d activities of CBN and CBN gov salaries, who fought seriously against it- Sanusi

There was an article published by thisdaylive titled Forex Restriction and Massive job cut looms in manufacturing sector.

The president of lagos chamber of commerce and industry Remi Bello complained “ The manufacturing sector using crude palm oil as raw material in their daily production of goods like biscuits, noodles,cosmetics etc., will be affected as the locally produced and supplied raw material cannot meet the required demand for production.”

He insists Nigeria local production of crude palm oil(wey full my village and other places) cannot meet manufacturing and consumption demand, dat CBN restriction shld be reviewed so we can import palm oil.

But here in the east there is palm oil I don't agree that nigeria or companies should import palm oil. What do think
