What is this that I am hearing about getting a Transit visa if travelling from Nigeria to the United Kingdom via KLM or AirFrance? Do we now require a transit visa? |
Thank you. This worked for me! owenjegede: |
I am trying to finish my application online. My yk visa fee is $520 and I have tried to use my gtb and zenith naira master cards without success (insufficient funds or bank declined transaction) Can someone advise on alternative payment method that works? Maybe a bank you are sure of or how I can go about it. Thanks in anticipation |
This is 2021 and these bunch of losers are still operating! I got a call as early as 7:30am. I usually would not pick, but I reluctantly picked. This is just crazy. Boss Group Nigeria |

Likely because you owe them. |
I have actually purchased items on these platforms, and all I can say is that the reception is mixed. Sometimes the experience is good and other times it is not. I believe there is a Nigerian factor to it as well. The system is not working as expected and this brings many other things that are not in direct control of these two online destinations in Nigeria. I have also shopped abroad, using the likes of Argos, PCWorld and they too have their own kind of problems. There are, however, other online malls in Lagos and Nigeria at large. I would readily recommend Zit Electronics Store, a Nigerian Online Shopping destination that's located in Lagos. They sell consumer electronics and they deliver within 24 hours. They offer most of all the other things that Konga and Jumia offer; which include pay on delivery for Lagos orders, free returns with no question asked as long as good is intact and other features. You can visit and buy quality original electronics from https://zit.ng Finally, our economy is still grossly behind when compared to the Western countries, but there's light at the end of the tunnel. |
So so disappointed...my fellow Nairalanders, everything is not and should not be about money. Visit foreign blogs and see how helps are easily and freely ditched out. I am not saying don't try to make money, but we grow by offering help, when we really can without hassles. If the big tech companies withdrew their scripts and codes and stuffs, I wonder where Nigeria would be on the map, talk-less of most of you out there. I refused to be advice on benchmarks for charging or when to ask for money, but guys use your heads! IT is all about more and more development, money would naturally come! |
