If we think about it critically and devoid of sentiments there must be a genuine reason why she was disqualified.

I believe the judges are South Africans they could very easily have voted against her and not allow her win if the country had anything personal against her.

They would have let her contest but never let her win, if they wanted to.

Dogara needs to explain more about how Tinubu "saved" Bala.

I know it's true, but he needs to explain..

That's everything wrong with the fake democracy..

Democracy where the President is the head of the Judiciary.

Let's just hope that is not the language used by the SP court.

Politics / Re: BREAKING: Organizers Announce Date For Resumption Of Hunger Protests by ddippset(m): 7:44pm On Aug 10
These people should be serious and reduce the minimum wage demand to 120k.

Then drop the Nnamdi Kanu demand.

Just 2 demands of Reversal of fuel subsidy until 2 refineries work and then 150k minimum wage would show more seriousness.

I doubt if there's any American state which doesn't have up to 1 million eligible voters.

That crowd still not up to 200k.

I prefer Kamala to Trump but even Trump could pull those crowds in those cities.

So it's still not a yardstick.

Politics / Re: Economy My Priority Now, Tinubu Tells Anyaoku, Others Seeking New Constitution by ddippset(m): 6:04am On Aug 10
Philipponzaghi:
Tinubu is on the right track! Focusing on economic reform first is a strategic move. A strong economy lays the foundation for any constitutional review. Let's give him time to implement these changes; prosperity will follow. Unity and stability are key, and it seems he's committed to that vision for Nigeria!
Do you know how many people would have died within that "time" you want us to give him?

Abi you don't care because you are okay enough, for the death not to affect you or your family member?

All these idiots shouting give him time, give him time!

Do you know how many people are dying daily of hunger and because drugs have become more expensive?

Give him time! Give him time!!

You think time is cheap?

You would only know that time is expensive if your family member dies because of time.

A legacy is never defended.

It shines out for all to see irrespective of any circumstances..

If Wike truly has any legacies it will shine out.

Nobody needs to defend legacy or fight for legacy.

I'm sure this type of continuous cussing, and nagging, and insulting of Nigeria fills Nigeria athletes over in Paris with great confidence. I'm sure It helps imbue them with the little confidence they need to do just a little beter than they otherwise might have given whatever unfortunate circumstances you believe they endured before going to Paris.

I'm sure you belly aching is not an additional burden on whatever they are bearing as Nigerians.
Stay dia and be speaking English while leaders in Nigeria Sports continue to loot monies meant for sports development and talents harnessing.

My criticism was mainly directed at our Sports authority and ministry, which can never do without a scandal at International Sports events, not the performers and sports men and women...

From owing players' salaries to nepotism in selection to bribery to embezzling funds meant for sports development..

So I reapeat, Giant of Africa my foot!

Emilkokan wants to remove subsidy but cannot fix one refinery.

They say the President showed tremendous courage to remove subsidy... grin

Courage is when you reintroduce subsidy then fight the subsidy cabal and jail them.

That is courage!

That's the new swansong for Tinubu apologists::

"Hold Governors responsible"

Governors removed the subsidy but cannot get a single refinery working.

Governors mounted the podiums during campaign and proclaimed "Vote for me as President, I will fix the economy"

Governors promised to reduce the exchange rate to below #300 per $.

Governors are spending extravagantly by allocating billions to first lady, renovating for 21 billion, buying Presidential aircrafts, appointing the highest ministers in history.

Yeah blame the Governors!

VeryDarkMan should focus on his own issues instead of targeting Reno. Reno always stands for the truth and speaks out against injustice. Let's not forget that constructive criticism is key, but spreading negativity won't solve anything. If we truly want progress, we should support voices that challenge the status quo, not tear them down.
Reno is nothing but a child in an adult body.
A low budget Fani Kayode...

A petty childish ridiculous irritant...

Supporters of Tinubu and haters of Obi love him only for his nuisance value.

Worst of all, is how he mocks Christianity by calling himself a Pastor.

What we are struggling with today is never about whose job it is, to take care of me.

It is about very sudden terrible and pathetic Federal Government policies which have been nothing short of catastrophic.

90 percent of the problems since May 20023 have been caused by things on the exclusive list.

Is it States that determine the subsidy policies?
Or is it States that floated the Naira?

Or is it States that cannot put the Refineries into operations?

I have observed this trend.

This has been their strategy lately.

Shift the buck and the blame on the state Governors.

As if they did the same for Jonathan.

They keep on emphasizing how the revenue to the State governors have improved but fail to emphasize also that the revenue to the FG has impoved tremendously.

The old man at Aso Rock with his praise singers and assss kissers should stop persuading us that subsidy removal was a brave act.

Hell NO it wasn't!

It was a callous and demonic and insensitive act.

A brave act would be to reintroduce subsidy and thereafter fight the subsidy cabal.

Arrest Prosecute and Jail.

Now that would be a brave act!

If you open you mouth waaaa and be shouting "subsidy is gone" but cannot get even One refinery functional then you must bury your face in SHAME.

If Tunibu decides to remove the subsidy, it would make him seem like the most incompetent president ever. But I know how brave Tunibu is, and I believe no amount of criticism will stop him from pushing Nigeria forward. Thanks.

Removing the subsidy is their main demand because the people behind this protest are the ones benefiting from it, and they want it back to drain Nigeria even more.

This decision is the right move to improve Nigeria. We've already seen how he increased the allocation by 41%. I can't understand what these people are thinking when they say Timangu is on the wrong path.

To make Nigeria better, everyone needs to make sacrifices. What you eat is your responsibility than the government's. Let that really sink in.
So the removal of subsidy is what you call A BRAVE ACT from Tunubu?

No Sir..

That is a wicked and insensitive act!

As long as we do not have functional refineries yet, subsidy removal remains callous, demonic, insensitive and wicked.

Let at least 2 of our refineries start working and then the wicked old man can remove his subsidy...

As for being Brave.

The only brave thing Tunubu could do now is to bring back subsidy, then grow the balls to deal with the so called subsidy cabal.

Tunubu should arrest and prosecute any corruption in the subsidy regime.

Arrest them and jail them, he is the C in C for fuccks sake ..

Then he can talk about being Brave!

But for now there is no bravery in removing subsidy..

He should drop his old, weak and shrunken balls and grow some steel balls.

Reintroduce subsidy and fight the subsidy cabal!
