Making mistakes are inevitable, because of our imperfections. Humans are bound to make mistakes, no matter how careful they might be. Some people make mistakes and learn from them. Statistics shows that making mistakes makes one smarter and better. The truth is, not everyone learns from their mistakes and they repeat it over and over again. You can stop yourself from repeating a mistake when you first acknowledge that it is one and find ways to avoid making them. Only smart people can achieve this feat. Inspired by Huffington Post, here are 5 mistakes smart people never make: 1. Attempting to please everyone Smart people know that this is unachievable because trying to please everyone makes no sense. Rather they choose the right thing to do. 2. Starting a project without a budget A smart person will never embark on a project without a budget in mind. 3. Believing in something that's too good to be true Smart people ask serious questions and think twice about deal or people that sound too good to be true. They don't judge a book by its cover. 4. Losing sight of the main goal Smart people do not deviate from an original plan. They work hard in order to reach a particular goal and although it may not happen immediately they weigh their priorities and never loose sight of the big picture. |

The people republic of China, Taiwan (republic of China), Macau and Hong Kong. These are four names that always conflicts sometimes. Don't be confused, as am about to unravel the things you might not know about them. China, officially the People's Republic of China (PRC), is a country in East Asia and the world's most populous country, with a population of around 1.404 billion. Covering approximately 9,600,000 square kilometers (3,700,000 sq mi), it is the third- or fourth-largest country by total area, depending on the source consulted. Governed by the Communist Party of China, the state exercises jurisdiction over 22 provinces, five autonomous regions, four direct-controlled municipalities (Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, and Chongqing), and the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau. 1. TAIWAN - TAIPEI Official languages - Standard Chinese and Formosan. Currency - New Taiwan Dollar.Taiwan(Republic of China) is a self-governing state, which sees itself as a country. But that status is unacceptable to China. Over the years China have made other countries not to have diplomatic ties with Taiwan. This made Taiwan the most populous state and largest economy that is not a member of the United Nations. 2. MACAU Official languages - Chinese and Portuguese Currency - Macanese pataca Macau was formerly a colony of the Portuguese Empire, after Ming China leased the territory as a trading post in 1557. Originally governing under Chinese authority and sovereignty, Portugal was given perpetual occupation rights for Macau in 1887. Macau remained under Portuguese control until 1999, when it was returned to China. As a special administrative region, Macau maintains a separate political and economic system apart from mainland China.[5] The People's Republic of China's obligation to run Macau as a special administrative region per the Joint Declaration on the Question of Macau expires on 20 December 2049. 3. HONG KONG Official languages - Chinese and English Currency - Hong Kong dollar. Hong Kong was formerly a colony of the British Empire, after Qing China ceded Hong Kong Island at the conclusion of the First Opium War in 1842. The colony expanded to the Kowloon Peninsula in 1860 after the Second Opium War and was further extended when Britain obtained a 99-year lease of the New Territories in 1898. The entire territory was returned to China when this lease expired in 1997. As a special administrative region, Hong Kong's system of government is separate from that in mainland China. When we talk about racism in Africa, Libya and South Africa comes to mind. These two countries practice racial discrimination even against their fellow Africans. Racism in Africa is multi-faceted and dates back several centuries. It is a phenomenon that may have been strengthened by European colonialism , under which boundaries were drawn that did not take into consideration the different peoples dwelling within the newly formed provinces. The boundaries were little changed when former European colonies gained independence. As a consequence, some African nations have been plagued with inner conflicts, racist attitudes and tribal warfare. 1. South Africa 2. Ivory Coast 3. Libya 4. Uganda 5. Namibia. https://avalabo..com/2018/09/5-african-countries-with-racial.html |

. The topic should have been " top 5 most tribalistic countries in Africa " , that would have made more sense since Africa doesn't have many countries with multi racial societies, only about 4 out of 54 countries .
