Welcome back boss! Gbogbo ile really miss you sir....for people to trust and do business with you again, you need to explain what really happen to you...

Who have or who can help me replace s9+ front glass, origin ooo, price?

vanchi:
Bross abeg fear God and do the needful... A screen will not stay on for two weeks.. it will definitely time out in minutes..

There's nothing like background display .. ghosting is screen burn

do the needful as how?

bobo65:
I think he was trying to explain Wat causes screen burn.

When amoled phones are left on display for very long time, the icons tend to burn on the display, that's why live demo units used for display in shops usually have screen burn cos the devices are usually left turned all on.

Anyways let's wait for picked up pictures to understand better

I'm seeing this now,I have told him not put it here because its nothing to me...I was only trying to explain to him the side effect of leaving the phone on for completed two weeks without switching it off...

How can you ship a phone without bother to switch it off! He left the phone on for completed two weeks without switch it off before shipping it,it was Omicpet sectary that open the package and she discovered that lione216 did not bother to switch the phone off before shipping it.

That is my argument with him,and I was only demand an apology from him...he was arguing with me that leaving the phone without switching it off for completed two weeks has no affect on the phone...

With this explanation from bobo65,I think I'm right and i demand an apology from lione216...

Regard with the phone screen, the phone was not actually burn, its just just background display, the crack did not affected lcd,it was olumide second guy at computer village that showed me similar s8 without crack with same background display...i got to know when i went to Ikeja to unlock the phone...

The new thread should be created for TCL and already in Nigeria items thread should be created separately, then, this old thread should be used as thread for posting of TCL and already in Nigeria items, there is no point closing it down...thank you house.

bbmike:

Time to open our nyash. LoL.
Dealhunter oooo. LoL.

abi naaa

omicpet:
Please post screenshot of it . Thanks . Mind you the complain is not about the pricing na u Sabi how much u buy your thing and na u Sabi how much u wan sell am .

this is it..you keep on asking this and you never buy from...so yourself you are guilty!

bbmike:
This is a good example of flip flopping abeg.
First there was the issue of too much pictures and too much deals on pickup threads.
Then the clamour for a central deal thread to be opened for all deals to be placed.
Now all threads relating to pickup to be closed.
I really dont understand.
All pickup threads and threads related to pickup are useful to me. I get to buy some devices and sell on these threads.
Its a market for crying out loud. If buyers lowball free them. Other buyers that are ready to buy would surface.

Besides if buyers lowball on NL try other avenues to sell your devices.
Must we only sell our devices on the thread?
Individuals could open separate threads on their own or sell on other online sites or elsewhere for crying out loud.

Or maybe a potential solution could be to remove the deal thread from the first page. (Dono if that would work)

But closing down the thread is a no no for me.

I wonder oooo! I wonder why low bailing should be an issue here, omipect himself is the father of low bailing, he asked me last week if I could reduce $30 from deal that I posted on WhatsApp and here, imagine $30 from 85k TLC slightly crack from the back s9+....he keeps on low bailing me any time I post deal ,and he never buy my deal.....he is now the one complaining about low bailing!

Kreamie:

how far about your Indiana pick up thread?you no dey update am again and you hardly reply WhatsApp messages...

wizzy89:
Seriously in full support! I remember stating some days ago dat ppl hv abused this thread whereby you see peeps who have no business in anyway related to Offerup/Letgo post up in here claiming already in Nigeria. This has seriously derailed & devalued the thread, which in my honest opinion should be closed down & business revert to status quo.
Also, all 3 threads related to pick ups should be closed down because its bad for business especially when it's stapled to the front page. Imagine a potential customer coming in to transact & it's issues that greet him . I am not in anyway saying there shouldn't be any resolution page but it shouldn't be front page stuff, maybe the committee of judges to be set up can handle that on a different platform & the resolution update be given to us.
I am not much of a talker but the level of lowballing here is getting seriously irritating!

the thread to buy deals ( TLC)should be created, and thread to buy items already in Lagos should also created, any one that post already in Lagos items in TLC thread should chop ban...very simple...

omicpet:
Only radical people share crazy thoughts .

All threads related to pickup should be abolished and closed down .

If you like come with a turret I’ve aired my own thoughts and thoughts of some who are shy to air it , call me names , it doesn’t deter the fact that this whole thing is now more or less a sham and buyers use this as a bench mark for ridiculous offers

Closing down the pick up threads is not a wise ideal because of few bad egg among us,cutting down the head is not a solution to headache.

Thousands of people still benefit from ideal of buying from abroad at a cheaper rate and wait for few weeks to receive the items in Lagos....you said the whole thing is now more or less a sham and buyers use this as a bench mark for ridiculous offers,I disagree with you sir,if you a trusted deal hunter and you have a good and reasonable deal, you will surely see a buyer, making a ridiculous offers is very common in any business set up... I got a lot of calls and text messages everyday requesting for my deal hunting service,i do sell a lot of deals without even advertising them here...

We all had one or two deals that gone wrong, but that does not mean we should stop doing business or buying from abroad... We all know that a lot of scams is going in offer up,letgo,5miles,graiglist and even our indigenous site, jiji, this sites did not close down because scams, rather, they work day and night to fish out scammers...

My candid opinion is that any one either buyer, seller or deal hunter found guilty of scam or any shady deal should brought to book...the conflict resolution thread should be more active...the sellers should be aware that paying into deal hunters account is very risking ,insist in paying directly into pickers account and make sure you see the pictures and details of what you are buying before payment...
