JOB DESCRIPTION:
• The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO will provide high-level, confidential and administrative support to the office of the MD/CEO.
• She is expected to have in-depth knowledge of the various business units under the Group.
• She will be in charge of preparing non-vetted public speeches for the CEO at seminars, symposia, etc.
• The ideal candidate must be exceptionally eloquent with impeccable communication skills.
• It is desired that the ideal candidate have some form of international exposure/work in multinational organisation.
• Her duties may be clerical, administrative and project-based and include scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence and liaising with board members.

EXPERIENCE:
• Demonstrable experience in an Administration/Executive Assistant/PA role in a highly pressurized environment requiring tact, judgement and discretion in handling internal and external contacts (essential).
• Writing of speeches for invited programmes, seminars, symposia etc
• Experience of diary management/researching and booking of travel and accommodation (essential), with a minimum of 10 years experience.
• Experience of successfully working with senior management (essential).

KNOWLEDGE:
• Must be proficient with the keyboard and IT applications (this may be tested during the selection process).
• Expert level in the use of Outlook.
• Intermediate level in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Skills (all essential)
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the CEO’s office.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.
• Attention to detail and deadlines; Ability to filter information and assess priorities.

1. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
Job brief
The company is looking for a qualified Lab Technician to undertake a variety of laboratory procedures of technical nature. The successful candidate will be handling sensitive equipment to analyze samples or substances and conduct tests reporting findings to the laboratory manager.
Responsibilities
Receive, label and analyze samples (blood, toxic, tissue etc.)
Design and execute laboratory testing according standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings
Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods
Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions
Qualification: HND/BSC in relevant area of specialization
Experience: minimum of 2 years relevant experience

2. Radiographer
Job brief
The company is looking for Radiology technicians, technologists, and sonographers that fall within the broad scope of a radiography professional, using radiation in the form of x-rays, magnetic resonance imaging, and ultrasound, radiographers assess, diagnose, and treat patients for a variety of injuries and diseases.
Duties:
Must be able to perform an ultra sound scan
To use diagnostic level x-radiation and its associated instrumentation in the production of medical images of the human body and in the performance of radiologic procedures.
The radiographer is responsible for positioning the patient properly into the beam of the radiation source and adjusting the proper exposure techniques for the optimum film resolution with the least radiation exposure to the patient.
The radiographer is also responsible for placing proper immobilization devices and protective shielding on the patient and taking any protective measures for themselves and other personnel in the radiation area. The length and time of exposure is calculated by the radiographer for the diagnosis and/or treatment of the affected area.
Administration of drugs and preparation of chemical mixtures for the visualization of radiographic structures are also required. Observation of the patient for adverse reactions to these chemical mixtures is also required.
The radiographer uses the proper size image receptor and technically adjusts it to record the maximum visualization of an anatomic structure. The primary concern during the procedure is comfort of the patient throughout the examination. The radiographer then develops the image through automatic processing methods and is responsible for distinguishing acceptable radiographs for the radiologist to interpret.
Recording and reporting accurately are mandatory for the radiographer. Minor maintenance of the equipment, cleaning of the equipment, and reporting of any equipment malfunctions are necessary duties of the radiographer.
The radiographer may specialize in one or more of the advanced modalities (i.e., Sonography, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy, CT Scanning, Magnetic Resonance, Bone Densitometry, etc.)
Qualification: Degree in relevant area of specialization
Experience: minimum of 2 years relevant experience
