You first of all need to understand that, It's not just enough to send an email.Its very annoying when a recruiter takes out time to read your email and you email sounds like this"Hello Dear, please I am badly in need of a job,please check my attachment or profile and give me a call.To be honest majority of recruiters will not border to read further or even look at your attachments.

Here are some a few tips on how to write an email that will get you closer to your dream job.

1)Write a clear subject line.
Make it obvious you're submitting a job application.However, if you're comfortable emailing a potential employer,get a bit more creative in your subject line. Talk about the value you can provide - for example, " I would love to share my ideas on increasing key talent productivity." Consider what the person you're emailing cares about and why he/she would want to read your message.

2)Address your message to the appropriate person.

"The worst thing you could do is put, 'Dear Madam' or 'Dear Sir' as your opening," because it shows you didn't put any effort into researching the right person."Search the person on any professional platform like LinkedIn and find out the name of the company recruiter or hiring manager who originally posted the job.
