Where can we get it at affordable prices in Nigeria? I know I can't use ordinary plastic cover because the winds, sun and rains will destroy it within one planting season.

I think t Will be better to look for farmers that you will sign MOU with on producing maize for you. You supply them improved seed and they supply you the grain.
