ITS NO LONGER NEW THAT BEFORE ONE COULD GET A SCRATCH CARD,HE OR SHE NEEDS TO TRAVELL FROM ONE STATE TO ANOTHER.

THIS IS WICKEDNESS AND VERY BAD, IT SHOULDNT BE LIKE THIS ATALL.

CARDS SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE AT BANKS NATIONWIDE AND NOT HAVING TO PASS THRU STREESES AND SPENDING LOTS OF MONEY TO BUT CARDS.

THE UNIVERSTIES AND COLLEGES IN NIGERIA ARE NOT HELPING MATTERS THEY ARE MAKING LIFE DIFFICULT TO PEOPLE,

I THINK THE FEDERAL GOVT SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE AND ADDRESS IT PROPERLY FOR THE BENEFIT UPCOMING CHILDREN AT LARGE.

HOW CAN I GET THE FUTO POST UME SCRATCH CARD WITH TRAVELLING TO OWERRI TO BUY THE CARDS??
