Injury has always been part of the game. It's so sad when it happens especially to key players in a team but it is what it is mehn.
One thing I know is LeBron (the KING) won't be down to injury cme playoff time. Same can't be said to players like Curry, KD, CP, Harden etc

There's no way anybody would spin this thing that LeBron's first pick made Curry choose the crapper All Stars. The only thing 90% sure is that LeBron picked KD first. The other ones 80% sure wss that Curry was left with Derozan from starters and Horford from reserves. It'll look worse if the selections were leaked and Curry chose Horford and Derozan over some people.

Every other player had a 50% chance for Curry to select. Yet he chose Lowry over WB, Draymond over LMA and Thompson over Beal/Oladipo. Every other player he got was mostly his decision not Bron's

Team Curry should win it to prove us wrong cos any blowout will make us question his career path after retirement.

Then as LeBron knack the next one on top Boogie, Curry just confuse carry Embiid. The whole thing went bad when LeBron picked WB first from bench, Curry started picking Kyle Lowry and the Dominican Carlos Boozer

Klay Thomson in the warriors is like a Reggie Miller or Allen Houston(of the then new York Knicks). Or mitch ritchmond (kings) being trapped into 3rd options at their primes.

And those were elite scorers that led their teams for several years.

PG in this thunder team should be scoring much more, considering west Brook is left selfish than he used to be (on the average) and he's seen a particular stat(triple double) he can adhere to.

PG and Thunder didn't fool around 70% of the season. It takes time for a team to adjust and they did that. They've had one of the best records since that happened and that's since December 1st.

Westbrook didn't make it a starter cos more guards are better. Lol. Curry is the only west PG better than him this season. He didn't start cos the fans voted two backcourt players that were better and more popular i.e. Curry and Harden.

Klay Thompson may play like Reggie Miller in your own opinion but definitely doesn't have the same type of role Miller did. Please!!!

Westbrook didn't become less selfish. If he did, he'd share the ball more and not still take the most shots, right? Well, no. His assists/secondary assists are down and still takes more shots than everybody. The only significant thing this year is his reduced usage rate cos of the inclusion of Melo and PG. Even at that, He has the 2nd highest usage rate in the NBA. How the hell would PG score "much more"?

That's how you said PG is the main scorer but Westbrook takes the most shots in the NBA. Take ya time...

Even I am not saying Klay's season is otherworldly, but someone who wants to make a case for Kyrie for e.g, will not use his ppg as a reason to justify his All-star spot, as even that seems slightly lower than last year. What Kyrie has going for him is his allround game and conference topping record. So why should the standard change for Klay?

Kyrie and Klay are completely different. No other PG in the East is averaging points up to Kyrie and let's not forget his impact on the team.

PG on the other hand is having a better defensively and offensively season than Klay without looking at the stats. He makes up a whole lot of the team's offense unlike Klay. His starters make up 80% of Thunder points, which means when he's not on court, there's problem; still unlike Klay.

No how, no how wey you go twist this thing, even with all the third option talk that Klay is better than PG and Lou Williams this season. When you're 3rd option, you don't get to have more luxury than people that are the carriers of their team. Laye laye

And overall, his style of play is more enjoyable than watching Klay shoot midrange, 3 balls and bland layups in an All Star game. I will sleep...

I commend Lou for having an 11-game span of wonderful scoring and playing (not that he has played only 11 good games) but Klay has a stronger case as 3rd option.

That's the point you're missing. This is an All Star game, selected for how good you are in scoring/passing not for defending. Nobody plays defense in an All Star game

If we're talking about All defensive team or All NBA first team or whatever, then your point would have more stronghold.

M. Smart played hero ball to the detriment of the team and that is one of the issues with Smart. That was a very silly shot, he should have passed the ball to Rozier who was open.

I've complained about him before here. The guy is great defensively but for offense...Always acting like Allen Iverson.

You can't average the most points (31ppg) since December and have only 11 good games...

You can't have the most 40 point and 30 point games since that span and have only 11 good games, brother... You can't have the most 3 pointers and free throws (best FT percentage too) since then and it's 11 games

Man dropped 40 points from the bench, the only player this season since Lou Williams did it last. Also gave 50 points and an L at the Oracle Arena. How about the 30 and 10 steals, etc etc?

Let's not forget what he did for the team, having one time the best stretch in the league.

I can go on and on why Lou or PG deserves it more than Klay.
