If you are fond o borrowing credit from your service provider,it is advisable you change your way. You should have management discipline. Apart from that,the service provider rip you off. Though it is a help,but it doesn't come freely. These are the reasons:
1) You can never be give the exact amount. For instance if you borrow #200,you get 199.9~k. You think the little insignificant,by the time you multiply that a large number of people you get reasonable figure,and that in 30 days,you gasp.
2) Ten percent of your borrowed sum deducted from your credit balance once you begin to use the loan.
3) Had you buy card of the same amount,you're entitled to certain perks or benefits. You won't have such benefit if you borrow credit.

Ladi has just finished his secondary school certificate examinations. He belched,looked up,tears welled up,without his permission,the tears trickled down his brown cheek. He was born into poverty and since his birth he has not broken away the yoke that has been burning him and his father perennially. He barely waited to finish the papers,his father fell from orange tree,badly hurt but not dead,with no food or medication beside the old man in the old hut that barely cover their heads. He had told his father to discontinued the papers in order to find menial job to take care of him,but the man denied. Their farm had been taken by Fowosere because his father couldn't pay the money he borrowed from him. More tears followed,then he bagan to cry profusely. He wrote the last paper on empty stomach. Being worse than used rags didn't worry him too much but the fate of his father who has been looking after him since the death of his mother when he was barely four. Though,his father was weak,the fall weakened him more with poverty adding to his age,Ladi was happy he's finished the examinations. He could now look for menial job in the village.
His father consented. But Ladi couldn't find any job in the village and the villages nearby. Determined his father must live better and with his new status he decided to try his lucks far away. This his father objected to.
'I know you want help me but I am old. You're the only son.' His father looked up at him,'what if I die before you come back? This poverty is lesser than dying without you by my side. Don't go anywhere,I know things will get better.' Ladi cried,but he heeded his father. His father got better.
Then one day when they were away working at a farm,a rainstorm destroyed their hut. No where to stay. Poverty has already isolated them in the village. They only managed to put the debris together,exposing them to inclement weather. Ladi was hell bent on finding job far away. He's tired of seeing the old man suffering.
'Baba,give me your blessing. I will come back as soon as am a little better. I know with your blessing,I will be luckier' Ladi pleaded.
His father stared at blank space,held his hands with his shaking hands,' I allow you. God will be with you. But,as soon as possible come and check on me. And...' his voice faded away' I have three important messages for you. They will help you in your life. I can not tell you now. It will be useful to you when you start your life. Go,my son. God will be with you.'
Two days after,after Ladi has taken care of his father,he left the village. One only knows route to a journey,one doesn't know what will happen in t. Ladi was surprised getting job was as difficult as it was in his village and villages nearby. He was barely accommodated but no job. He almost ate from the bins. He remembered his father but he couldn't go with nothing. Daily he cried. Everyday,job dried like village tap.
One day luck visited him. He found a job based on his qualification. Two weeks into the job he was a bit better. After the first pay,he took permission off work to see his father. He bought everything his father had long cherished but too poor to buy. When the bus dropped him at his village roadside,he nearly fell as he raced to meet his father. The freshly dug up grave and a handful of people told him he had lost his father. He met his corpse being wrapped up for burial in his torn farm cloth. He was devastatingly sad. He bought better cloth,arranged little feast,but he couldn't eat. His father didn't eat from the sweat of his first labour.
While his father was being lowered into the grave,he remembered the messages his father said would help him in his life,and now that he has started his living. His visited all his father's friends,asked them whether his father left the messages with them. None gave him affirmation.

Women are mature ladies,and ladies are matured girls. Women,ladies and girls refer to female humans. They are pricelessly precious. That is what we hear,what we believe. Women,though weak but are mighty. They have powers. Powers emphatically captured by Chinweizu in his classic 'Anatomy of Women Power'. In his book Chinweizu made us realize again that women have charms that makes men open most mighty and difficult doors for them.
Men become helpless indeed,when God places two big bags on women chest and one endlessly dark hole in-between their thighs. Likewise,women are also challenged by these natural provisions. While these lofty gifts should affirm their womanhood,great women give their God-given talents priority above these items of seduction and licentiousness, whereas women of little minds go gaga believing these items could help hitch their ambitions to the stars. And among these feeble minded ones are preponderance of today women,ladies and girls.
Girls of today are not maturing,while ladies are yet to graduate to a responsible women status. One wonders,if the future generation born by today's ladies will be said to be good or worse off. What you don't have you don't give. Many of men and even guys have not grasped the enormity of damage today ladies have done to procreation. As a reminder,first,a child shares from her mother's intelligence. Like a scanty trees amidst grasses in a desert,a handful of these ladies know what life and living is. A simple intelligent questions they know not. Philosophy of live and living is alien to them,marriage is seen as a necessity, why it is,they don't know. So,where is the first gift a mother should give to her child?
Second,a child begins learning from his mother,his first tutor. Where is the moral in these ladies? They abhor their husband family,they love their husband male friends,they are senselessly extrovert,they want total submission from men,they are lacking in the arts of home keeping,they are wastefully extravagant,they can sell their husbands most priced possession to be socially relevant. So,where is the another most essential home tutorials?
Third,because of the world decadent propagation of equal right,women have been the sheep led by little foods to the wolves. Women are getting the equality but they are losing the natural womanhood in them. Men work,women work,children are tutored by society. Its only in western world that society dictates how family is set but here in Africa,families come first. So,these unmatured ladies of nowadays,are,to keep with modernity,putting the cart before the horse.
But,of what use is a beauty devoid of brain and intelligence. Only today wives would buy few raw food and plentiful processed foods. They don't ever loved cooking,but their husbands are darling if they can cook for them. Todays ladies want men to do everything,they want everybody to do everything for them not minding who you are,even sex. They are not more than their handbag or jewellery to men- men fashion items. Their policies change the way they turn over chewing gum in their mouth. And worse still,they gauge the taste of the food they managed to cook at home with that they eat at eateries. So many theatrics of indecency.
Not all of them. I am not generalising it. There are exceptions. These exceptions are given unprintable names by the committee of beauty merchant ladies. But the ball is in the court of men. Men certainly want better ladies,one that they can call theirs.
Lastly on the quote I started with,death kills once,it is fearful; lots of dangers lurk in the dark,we know that;but how does a beautiful woman become a fearsome object? Women of today are actually spoilt to be Woe Of Man,so men should beware!

Islam is the only universal religion. That Islam is a religion of peace isn't new,neither is its being only religion that specifically requires your possible best.
Islam means submission. Muslims,the adherents of Islam,are expected to be submissive to whatever Islam says. Although,being a muslim is the least grade I'm Islam,being a muumeen is higher and lofty.
Today, it is a pity most who think they are believers (muumeen) are not even an inch nearer a muslim status,and some Muslims are not better than nonbelievers. So,this short essay will take you through an assessment. Are you truly an adherent of Islam?

ISLAM.
Islam means submission. Allah defines Islam for us in the Qur'an. In Quran Allah says "ya hayyua ladhina aamanu,idikhulu fi silmi kaafatan,wala tatabih'un hutwattu saytan innahu lakun hadduwwu mubbeen." Meaning: ' O ye who believe,enter into Islam wholly,and do not follow the footstep of shaytan,for verily he(shaytan) is your manifest enemy.'. So,Islam means total submission to the decree and guides of Allah.

FORCES AGAINST SUBMISSION TO ALLAH.
1) The first enemy of Muslims is the saytan. There are numerous verses of the Quran on this. But I will cite the one in Q36, Allah says " Have we not warned you o sons of Adam,that you should not follow shaytan and that he(shaytan) is a manifest enemy to,and that you should worship me,with me is a straight path. So,while we will want to obey Allah,shaytan will continue to lure us away.
REMEDY.
We should always seek refuge from Allah againstvthe accursed shaytan. We should always purify whatever we do for Allah only and we should be humble by it. In addition to that,we should not forge that shaytan is our enemy and that nobody knows how powerful shaytan is except Allah. So,we should prepare for tussle with shaytan.

2). OUR SOULS.
Our personal souls is anotherenemy against our Islam. Many of us query some religious doctrines,some if us do that part of religion that is convenient for us. Surely,man doesn't like burden but by the doctrines Allah doesn't burden us. In this regard,we become preachers unto others,while we are not different. Allah says " you admonish others to be righteous while you forget your soul..." Many ahadith talk about how nearer is shaytan to us. The prophet says " Shaytan runs in mankind's body as blood runs in our veins",another version says "shaytan follows the path blood follows in our body." So shaytan is in constant touch with our health.
REMEDY.
We should be dutiful in Allah's remembrance. We should also seek control over our souls. The prophet (SAAW) says " there are just two steps to al-jannat. Take first step to conquer your soul,next step you will land in al-jannat".

3) BEING FRIENDS WITH UNRIGHTEOUS PEOPLE.
The people we spend our days with are also a factor. Who are our friend at work,home? What is their stand in Islam? Without doubt,we resemble our friends.
REMEDY
We should make it a point of duty to pick our friends from the best of Muslims. It is important we find companionship in our Muslims brothers. Allay say: " O Ye who believe....and be with the righteous.."

4) WE SHOULD PRAY 5DAILY PRAYER ON TIME.
Most o us because of what we called exigency,we don't pray timely. This has made us targets and victims of fashah and munkar. In spoiling the society,these two play prominent roles . So,not praying at the right time can make a muslim a victim.
REMEDY.
Praying on time and with patience on it. Allah says: " Verily solar(prayers) would take you away from fashar (vain talks) and munkar ( vain deeds).."

FIRM BELIEVE IN WHAT YOUR ALFA OR SHEIKH TOLD YOU.
This is today a disease of Muslim ummah. Many of us do taqlid( blind following). We don't entertain any contrary view apart from what our Alfas or sheikhs told us. Even when we know that the contrary is true. If we do that,we a bit different from polytheists.
REMEDY
To return all matters to Allah and His prophet (SAAW). That is the Qur'an and Sunnah. Any Alfa or Sheikh's words that are not authenticated by Qur'an and\or sunnah are not to be followed.

So,ask yourself as I am asking myself,how Islamic are you?

1) A RELIGION MUST LEAD YOU TO THE TRUE GOD.
Irrespective of any religious hatred,we all know who God is. By God we meant OUR CREATOR. To know who the God is,the same Being who you genuinely wish He could help you in your affairs. That is God, sanely. So, a true religion must lead you to true God.

2) A RELIGION MUST HAVE DOS AND DONTS.
For an orderly and ordained religion,there must be dos and donts. But the dos and donts must be sensible to you. Even without reasons,you should know within your conscious mind that the laws are essential. And additionally,they should cut across everybody.

3) A RELIGION MUST HAVE PUNISHMENT FOR DOING THE DONTS.
This means breaking the donts rules must have a particular punishment either physically or spiritually. Likewise,there should be due guides on how the punishment is dished to the offender.

4) A RELIGION SHOULD HAVE REWARDS FOR DOING THE DOS.
If an offender could be punished for doing donts,the same religion should have rewards for doing the dos. That brings a sane society of religious adherents.

5) A RELIGION SHOULD VALIDATE NOT VALIDATED.
This means,a religion should not be witnessed against rather it should witness against. For instance,science has been giving religions a rethink. A religion should validate scientific discoveries and inventions. Not the other way.

6) A RELIGION MUST HAVE A MANUAL THAT IS ALL EVER RELEVANT.
Almost all religions have spiritual book. Books like Qur'an,Bible,Vedas etc. However,a religious book must pass relevant test. Yesterday,today and tomorrow it should be relevant,both in its teachings,guidance,protection and reading. For a religion there shouldn't be upgraded version. It must have answers to past questions,today's problems and future encounters.

7) A RELIGION SHOULD NOT HAVE CASTE SYSTEM.
Since the adherents serve the same God,there shouldn't be a preferential treatment of one above other. Whether in teaching or in worships,everybody has right to worship anywhere and everywhere. Being punctual at a worship should put you at the highest point in your place of worship,there shouldn't be reserved place. A religion should treat all sundry as equal creation of the God they serve.

A RELIGION SHOULD HAVE ANSWER TO 'WHAT'S NEXT AFTER DEATH?'.
A religion should talk sufficiently on what death is,what happens after death,what is its God have as gifts for those who genuinely worshipped Him and those who treated Him with disdain. If a religion can't answer this,then,its adherents are not accountable.

9) A RELIGION MUST HAVE VIVID DESCRPTION OF GOD IT SERVES.
For a religion to be one,there should be a God it serves. The description of the God should be sufficient for adherents to believe. As we believe a religion comes from a God,the adherents should know the God. Is the God a Creator or it is a Created. His attributes,His understanding and His Generation,matters.

10) A RELIGION MUST BE UNIVERSAL.
The universality is about mode of worship. From Cuba to Congo,from Athens to Aberdeen,from Belgium to Burkinafaso,all mode of worship should be one. A universal religion should not be such that you can't worship your God except you go to the designated place. A universal religion should have time of worship general to all,they should serve their God at the same time. A true religion must also,as a matter of universality,have a make up in case one missed a service. If one misses a service and there is no rule on how to make up,then it isn't compulsory to serve your God
