Yes, you can file your annual returns online. Note: It must be filed before June of this year so that the company will not be penalize.

I have been updating the information but it's still coming back as queried for 3 good times now. Please is any payment to be made when your submission is queried

As long as you have paid the statutory fees at the point of filing, you will not be required to pay more because there is actually no platform for queried application to pay and there is no law in CAMA that mandate such. All you have to do is study the query or queries raised by CAC and respond to them appropriately and accordingly. Then, you are good to go.

For this, you will have to click the column: UNRESOLVED QUERY and update some information that is missing in the application. Also, you will have to fill in and upload some new information. If you can scale through then you are good to go.

It is not your fault, though I have been getting some proposed name approval, the concern you raised is a general one, and I strongly feel the CAC EDMS portal is still undergoing construction. Patience is the key here.
However, we have been trying to get some proposed name approved and some business name registered and it comes with the new e-certificate and the e-status report.

It is a general condition face by all and sundry now. The portal is still not functioning optimally for existing applications but new company applications can formally apply on the new portal.

The new CAC website is up and running

To login: pre.cac.gov.ng for all pre-incorporations

post.cac.gov.ng for post-incorporations

We will now get e-certificates. No more pickup locations

We will now upload electronic signature and passport photographs, no more printing out first before you sign and scan (EDMS)

Name Approval is going through but I am not sure of existing applications. I strongly feel the CRP portal will be up and running before the week runs down.
