Please I want to know if VAT is still 5% or now 7.5%.

I went to firs office to see if I could get the account number but I was told to go to any bank to pay.

As at this present/current time it is still 5%, the bill was just amended just this week. It cannot take effect immediately. So you can still file at 5%.

It’s a post-registration filing. It has to be filed manually in any CAC State or Abuja (HQ). There is a pre-requisite filing that must have been done by an existing company before undergoing a post-registration application (change of registered business name) which is ANNUAL RETURNS.

This is determined by the year of actual registration by CAC.

You are not dealing with a rookie but I’m patiently waiting for the suppose Tuesday, I’m even willing to chill till Wednesday. We never called to tell you *shut the hell up*, never have we ever used such clause on a client and never will we ever use such. We have serviced over 800 companies & corporate entities, even when CAC site was down or malfunctioning we communicated pleasing to our clients.

Our client is our wife and as such is treated with caution and utmost care. We only called to tell you to be patient but we understand that you are angry, which is not our fault but of GIG Courier Company, still we are sorry for all inconvenience.

Also, the reason you didn't a corresponding message from GIG Courier Company and the reason we got our message late still baffle us. We had to call their local office to authenticate when the parcel (document) will be getting over to Warri. That was when we knew that it will be Tuesday.

The funny truth is that this transaction started on Nairaland and it concluding bit will also authenticate our services here.

Let’s wait till Tuesday and not a day more, then we can then decide whether Gomez Corporate Consult LTD is a fraud or not. Thanks.
