Congrats dear God favor and grace was yours, honestly I think male VO’s are just the best honestly they are so so patient. Am due early next year, I wish I have faith like you to keep trying but I have been heart broken about this issue and I just want to heal. curiouslearner: Sorry about your visa being revoked. My interview was on Wednesday 5th. I had my doctors correspondence and Hospital correspondence from Dr Xydas and HNWMC. The VO took time to look through each of them as well as my bank statements. Here is my transcript. VO- Good Morning Me- Good Morning VO- May I have your passport please? Passed it over to him. VO - Why are you going to the US? Me- I am going to the US to have my baby born there. VO- Where are you planning to go? Me - Houston Texas VO- Do have any family there? Me- No . I have made a booking for an accommodation in a hotel. VO- Y do you want to have your baby born there? Me- I want to give my child the privilege of dual citizenship as well as access good medical care. VO- What do you do? Me - I am a ...... VO- Can you explain that? Me - Explained further and he nodded his head. VO- Are you married and do you have kids? Me- Yes I am married and I have two kids. Gave their ages. VO- Where does your husband work? Me - He works with XYZ as a ...... VO- Have you got any doctors correspondence? Me - Yes and hands them over and he also asked for my bank statements which I passed to him along with my budget sheet. VO - Y did i choose to go to Houston. Me- I had good reviews about the Doctor and the hospital and decided to go with them. VO- Looks through Nd took a great deal of time checking through. VO - Have you travelled before? Me- No but my husband has travelled severally. VO - Where has he been to? Me- He had been to ... The VO was really patient, he went through the statements and asked questions for bulk transfers. I answered honestly and after a while he hands Me the white paper.
I had initially applied with my family but we were denied on the grounds of no strong. So i applied alone and prayed like I have never done before. The VO didn't ask y I was initially denied.I think in all God was truly involved. I am due in December. Thanks for your contributions. I "d say don't give up because I almost did. I paid for Visa fee three times and got an agent to get me a close date. |

duvocharrison: So sorry it's well dear.pls which hospital did u use first I used WHMC, although my documents were not checked in my interview. The day the VO revoked my visa was when she asked for the hospital I will be using and ask for my appointment letter and because I wanted to use HWNWC she had a lot to say about the hospital explaining what some lines meant in the document given. She didn’t know I even had my first in the US. At my interview I had contacted some other hospitals including WHMC but unfortunately no documents was asked for, I met the same VO who fought me about date typed for long and then sent me to another VO, second VO asked me two or three questions reads for long, types for long and gives me blue paper. Off course first VO had done the damage. |

Lisaosato: Wow! So sorry about this. I had my hospital correspondence and acceptance letter from Dr X and HNWMC waiting for interview date but you set me straight. I quickly resumed communication with expensive hospitals I was running from. I'm even afraid to use any Houston hospital especially those mentioned here because I feel they read this thread. If I get my visa I will definitely carry your 3.5 kg load, it's a promise. Please I sent a PM. Am happy you can make adjustments quickly please do the needful, I wish you the very best in your interview, I will be praying for you and thanks for the offer I really appreciate, Am looking forward to the 3.5kg. I will respond to your PM. |

Yettyolaseni: Hi madam...sorry about all d stress...i used HNWMC for last baby and also renew my family visa for tourism. Also have a friend that just renew her visa last month and used HNWMC . And have seen someone that was denied for 2nd mission after using Oakbend for first mission and also plan to use same hospital for second mission.. Dr Xydas fee is not cheap . It is almost same price with oakbend and west houston hospital. Only the hospital is cheap. VO Always look for excuse to deny visa especially for childbirth and we all know God's favour is what we need to achieve a purpose and our handwork( filling, documentation and interview) Warning: We should be careful of what we post before interview. I think we can post after passing thru POE and return back home . Is better to PM ur question. Hello Madam if you read very I said stay away from cheap hospitals I didn’t mention doctor here. The fact you and your friend were able to renew successfully I suppose via drop box doesn’t mean others have. Did you get an itemized bill from your hospital? That hospital will only pass through an interview with God’s favor and if not spotted, I know what I was told my sister, am here just to help my fellow ladies okay. After my advice it’s left for everyone to do as it pleases him or her, I have done the best I can. |

Hello All, I feel a lot better now to talk about it so others can learn. My Visa was REVOKED recently on the day of my mums interview. If you recall my previous post, my mom was to have her interview although I wanted to change her interview date until am gone but there were no dates available before my delivery and I will be having a CS, so we prayed and trusted God that all will be fine with her interview, I even asked if ones visa could be revoked, Little did I know it would happen to me and things will turn out this way. I really can’t type the whole transcript of what happened, I might take almost 4 Pages here if I do that besides am saving my energy for child birth. I tried to reapply after the VO revoked my visa cos her last words were Madam you can reapply, go and reapply, I have written it here that you can reapply, but to my greatest surprise I found myself In front of the same VO who revoked my visa on the day of my interview (Yes oo same VO) and her problem was how did I get an interview date, (note this was about a month difference in date from my moms interview) she said they are fully booked and waiting period is 4 months so how did I get date, una see me see Wahala ba infact if you know how that day also went you will cry for me and this baby, the things our eyes have seen and ears heard. But in all am thankful to God and I find Peace staying back to have my baby here, as I don’t know God’s will and plans for me and this baby but to wait on his will. In God’s hands lies our destiny no one can change that fact. Try do your best and leave the rest to God. Please note, I have been to the US several times and I have never committed any crime Ooo I had also written to the embassy of my plans and got a reply from them (check my previous post) Before my mums interview. I renewed my visa when I was not pregnant via interview cos my previous visa wasn’t issued in Nigeria so I didn’t qualify for drop box, My first baby was born in US, I paid all my bills and have all receipts , itemized bill and Zero balance letters, so I came clean in everything guys. I had way above 20k dols for the trip in my statement. I was invited in for questioning on the day of my mums interview after I dropped her off, she had already been given the white paper and asked to come and call me I don’t know who that VO went to consult that changed everything by the time I got in, while I was with her she kept going in an coming out, infact make I stop here, I don’t want to break down again, am putting the past behind me. My Advice: Stay away from cheap hospitals, HNWMC has a red flag with US VO, the miracle moment package given to self pay patients has something to do with insurance, read in between the lines on the document usually sent. They have a list of hospitals with red flag. Make sure you have your Nigeria address on your child/Children’s birth certificates. If you did not get your visa for birthing, send your letter of intent quietly, carry your self go US go born your pikin. Am reading about one sister trying to apply for her sister Biko sister hold on. Ladies once you have your visa, I beg manage your husband will be fine, go born come home, don’t complicate issues cos theses people are making things difficult for Nigerians these days. I forgot to mention that in September they passed a document that will make it difficult for Nigerian to get US visa, wish I can screenshot and post here so please let’s be careful. After your birthing experience, before another missionary journey try travel elsewhere so you have good travel history. Never stop saying the truth, Prepare well and Pray very well before your interview, so your village people go miss road, dey no go find you reach US embassy gate Ehen ooo those going to have baby or those who are planning to come back and can help a sister with about 3-5kg of some very important items please indicate or PM me God go bless you for me Sorry for the long post so you see that if I have to type the whole transcript part 1 and 2 some people will beat me here |

Mamaiyanu: Please what did they say oo.... can you post? Don’t know if am allowed to post it here, but long and short story they are not in position to update a record of an already issued visa. My B1/b2 visa allows for childbirth in the US Before I travel I should ensure I have my doctors appointment letter, details of where I will be receiving medical care, estimated cost of financial medical care because immigration officials will ask for it. I should know that childbirth in the US is expensive and cost can escalate if there are complications, I will be required to pay all my bills. I should ensure I collect my itemized statement of account from my healthcare provider and receipts. I have just summarized the letter in detail. |

TsunamiHot: Is the person pregnant or a regular visitor cos I heard they are more strict towards pregnant women.
Why was she sent back She was pregnant, her husband and child were allowed in eventually after spending hours, she wasn’t pregnant when she had the visa, and had all her documents for child birth, what would have passed in any other POE was an issue. Her husband panicked and answered a question a little different from what she said they capitalized on that, I don’t have so much details dear. |

dremye: Plz guyz is it particularly necessary for my wife and child to at least travel to a neighbouring country e.g Ghana to disvirgin their passport before proceeding for the interview in Nov. I (the husband ) have been out of d country before once.. I.e. to Kenya. Plz I need to know.this is the first time we are applying for US visa and shes going for child delivering and I am going for a tour with d child for a month with her. We applied for B1/B2 People who haven’t travelled ever before have gotten the US visa, and some people who have travelled very well have been denied the visa as well it all comes down to God’s favor which is all you need so I don’t think it’s necessary for them to travel, although they love travel history all the same, so if you can afford them to travel let them travel if not just pray for God’s favor. |

She's a banker am a production engineer....could this suffice? Let her apply alone first, the issue is all of you appearing for the interview at once. Sometimes the job is not enough ties for them. |

Now this post has just scared me, I plan to travel with my mom, I will still be in Nigeria when she will have her visa interview, am planning she goes with my visa page for her interview, so is it possible they cancel or revoke my visa?
I stated in my past post how my visa was renewed early this year, I wasn’t pregnant when I renewed my visa, I have had previous birthing experience in the US paid all my bills and have my zero balance letters, my visa renewal was an interview no question about my previous birthing was asked, just a few questions asked about my work and places I have been to, we were to visit the US for Easter but we didn’t go to the US but went somewhere cos hubby had a training in another country, planned to go to US for summer until baby showed up.
Please I need advice should my mom have her visa while am still here, I need serious help with my toddler during the trip and after the trip. Amen ooo |

I’d like my grandma to go with me and her visa is next week. Is it advisable for her to go for interview while I’m still here or move the date forward and let her go for the interview when I’m there already. We are scared they might cancel my visa or it might affect me with the way they are doing anyhow these days. I’ll be giving her my data page and my daughter’s own as well. Is it possible for them to cancel your visa for this reason? Did your grandma eventual go for her visa interview or you moved it? We seem to be in same situation. |

ibukunpops: I will suggest you leave first before she applies.
Even if the unexpected happens (the cancelling) you are already in and will finish the mission.
I know of a mother and child that applied through the child's school for a competition, the mother was put on administrative processing but the child was approved immediately, child had to travel as mother was still on administrative processing, mother was eventually refused and the very next day child's visa was revoked and cancelled.
All the best. You can travel with this visa in Nov get stamped in for 6 months which will be valid for your stay in the US, this is my own advice oooo considering we don’t know the outcome if you go reapply for a medical Visa, those VO people are not smiling. Yinkzy03: Good day Mothers in the House, you guys are wholesome and I pray that it shall all end in praise and thanksgiving in Jesus name.
Please I need advice from Veteran Mothers, see my request below;
So I applied for a medical Visa Oct 2013 and was granted , went to the embassy with my medical bills paid . We lost the baby but still travelled May 2014. Asked me at POE and I explained we got a medical Visa coz we were expecting a baby which we lost , the officer sympathized with us and stamped us in. Then we did a drawbox entry for renewal jan 2017. We planned to use the Visa 2018 but now I m pregnant again. I m due feb 2019 and my Visa expires jan 2019. Now we re confused on what to do . Either 1. Should I go to the Us say Nov 2018 and I should be probably stamped in for 6months . Meaning on leaving Us , my Visa would have been expired 2. Do another draw box renewal, even without using the 2 years Visa that is expiring soon. 3 . Reapply for a Medical Visa and pay all my bills and visit the embassy . Please appreciate your quick response to enable plan properly. Thank you |
