Hello fellow nairalanders I've got some experience to share with you.. I work as a part time teacher at a private school here in Benin city.. Last year,i recommended a friend of mine to teach Chemistry on part time basis of which went well.. But recently,the headmistress complained about him telling me that the students are not satisfied with his method of teaching...they complain that he repeats word too often and that he doesn't fully explains them...What got me annoyed was the fact that she wouldn't tell him about the situation instead she would commend him on my behalf and complain to me concerning him.. My friend would tell me that he sense something fishy because the headmistress have told him to stop teaching the subject and that he should wait till next term... My problem now is how do i tell him about her complains..advice wisely please. |
