Politics / Re: EndSARS: White Paper Not Known To Law — Falana by Deefirm: 10:10am On Dec 01
You lost it long ago, you can't be salvaged ode!!!

seunmsg:
Falana is fast becoming a quack lawyer and it’s so disgraceful. Every single repot of a judicial or administrative panel of inquiry has been subjected to a white paper since the era of colonial rule without anyone making an issue out of it. It got to the time of Endsars and they want to suddenly change the rule just to have their lies accepted. He should tell us the judicial pronouncement that made government white paper illegal or shut the fvck up.

The white paper is the official communication of the Lagos state government on the report of the panel and it would be gazetted as such. It is only the recommendations published in the gazette that will be implemented. The recommendations of a panel is not a court judgement that must be 100% accepted and implemented.

If anybody is not happy with the white paper, he should go to court and stop making noise on official media. Falana & son, Marcaroni and DJ switch can go and implement their own recommendations in their own room. The Lagos state government has published its white paper on the report and it is final.

From all indications the EndSars proponent are very desperate to establish the case of 'massacre' regardless of their groundless findings & loopholes.

They should know that a grievous allegation of murder case talk more of massacre cannot just stand on public sentiment or emotions to be justify.

TV/Movies / Re: BBNaija: Angel Breaks Down In Tears; Niyi And Cross Clash Over Bread by Deefirm: 8:07pm On Aug 05
Rubbish
Revolva:
BBNaija season six housemate, Angel, has always been open about her mental health struggles with her fellow co-stars but she seemed to break down recently while having a conversation with Arin. In a clip making the rounds on social media, Arin was seen trying to comfort Angel as she encouraged her to stop feeling negatively about herself.

From their conversation, it was noted that Angel had been responsible for taking care of her great grandmother with dementia just at the age of 10 and that it led to her being depressed and wanting to take her own life.

The crying housemate explained that her actions made her feel so guilty. Arin who was also in tears continued to encourage Angel and advised her not to feel bad about herself because she is a strong person.

Niyi and Cross, got into a clash of words yesterday morning over slices of bread also

The argument ensued when Cross blew hot as Niyi collected the remaining slices of bread. According to Cross, Niyi had said that the amount of bread to be taken is based on when you come to collect.

Cross said, “Why will you say that a person that comes first is supposed to take more?”

Niyi retorted, “What are you saying? How will I say a person that comes first is supposed to take more? Does it make sense to you?”

“That was why I was shocked because you said it,” said Cross

Niyi, however, maintained his ground, stating that he never said such but Cross was not having any of that.

Politics / Re: Ohanaeze To Yahaya: You Were In School When Rotational Presidency Was Agreed by Deefirm: 10:49am On Jul 14
The reason people like you are not, and can't be successful in business, because of selfish gains you can't keep to simple agreement, looking for legal backing to short change others against the backdrop of agreed terms.

Northerners and greed are like 5&6...

Commentor:

Don't be stupid.

Nobody is asking Buhari to continue, neither is he interested.

The fact remains, rotational presidency isn't constitutional but a gentleman's agreement, a convention which the party that employed it at the beginning has long abandoned.

Sense far from this one sha

thebosstrevor1:
FFK Always talking nonsense.

The south does not own oil, the federal government owns the oil unlike the food, hardworking Northern farmers are the owner under a cooperative system, the cooperative can decide to transport their produce somewhere else and it wont affect their pocket.

There are lot of buyers of farm produce from northern Cameroon, senegal, mali, niger and chad. The revenue they make from these markets alone is more than the revenue from the southern market in Nigeria

You're wrong my friend, he hasn't spoken but has taken immediate action by suspending the principal, Buhari has spoken about North East crises but hasn't taken any action against the Service Chiefs despite the public outcry by all. I hope you see the difference now.

atiku4President:
The reason why Nigeria is in real deep trouble. People think it's is a taboo to take responsibility. You can't call out President Buhari for the ills going on in the North East and won't call out Pastor Kumuyi for the ills going on in Deeper Life High School. That's not correct.

Make I hear say these uniform men change

EBMedia:
A lawyer, Joseph Arikpo has accused a DPO and his officers in Cross River State of brutalising him when he went to solicit the bail of a young man who had been in detention for over six days, IgbereTV reports.

According to the Calabar based lawyer, the incident happened at the Divisional Police Headquarters in Ikom, on Sunday, November 8.

Narrating his ordeal on Tuesday morning, November 10, Arikpo said trouble started when the DPO called him a stupid man.

Arikpo claimed that when he asked not to be insulted, the DPO 'punched him repeatedly and afterwards threw him into cell where he was further assaulted by some officers.'
