Business / Re: Chinese Chamber Of Commerce In Nigeria Breaks Silence On Abuja Supermarket by Deefirm: 10:33am On Apr 23
Don't mind those set of people who in their foolishness think they're wise!!!

vanbonattel:
While condemning the actions of the Chinese supermarket if they actually prevented Nigerians from accessing the supermarket to shop, we must condemn evil in its entirety.

Many voters who looked like they came from a particular popular part of Nigeria were brazenly prevented from casting their votes in a presidential election in Nigeria here. Violence was freely meted out to the ones who dared to come forward to vote, Heads were broken, beatings were freely administered, the news and pictures of that abound in this very forum. Right under the very noses of security agencies, right inside Nigeria here. Right under the noses of those opening their mouths waaaa to shout injustice now.

Nobody was arrested, nobody is in jail for that.

Then what is our moral justification to condemn a simple act of refusal of entry in a private business? Which is worse?

You have not being up to date with pricing on int'l flights in the airline industry, hence a waste of time to engage you in a meaningful conversation.

omoadeleye:
Who the hell is Irukera?

If air peace can't compete with the price war then they should leave business,

For other airlines to reduce their airfare below AIRPEACE price, that means AIRPEACE can do better with their price too

Well, he came onboard with what he felt was a realistic fare, however, an industry filled with foreign criminals, were already enjoying exploitations of Nigerians and repatriating fat dollars to their countries in profit, of course, they'll fight back even if at the expense funding their operations from retained earnings pending when Air Peace is no longer able to complete, this response was expected though, but I bet you, Nigerians will be the ultimate losers. Today, we're still suffering DStv treatment of Nigerians. Since when did those competing criminals in the industry now knew they can flight at this present rate/fare? God continue to bless you Allen!!!

Read your comment carefully and spot the stupidity, you said herdsmen dey collect steadily, not the communities in the North, hence your comment should read, NA should ensure that perpetuators of this heinous act collect wotoporiously like herdsmen, not the community, the community didn't kill them but unscrupulous elements in the community, they should be made to face the consequences of their act instead of the community at large.

Offpointng:

But Fulani herdsmen dey collect steady from the hands of Army no be today and Since you're equating the Delta community to Fulani herdsmen, then we should give them the go ahead to deal with the community isn't it??

The problem is not even the organized Labour but Joe Ajaero who is a member of the opposition Labour Party. He’s the one using Labour to play opposition politics.

TUC made it clear they are not part of the recently flopped nationwide strike and protest because it was absolutely unnecessary since all the demands have been met.

The good thing about President Bola Tinubu is that he won’t shy away from a fight. Ajaero and his gang of Obidient supporters have been giving a long rope to pull and it’s time to call their bluff. They have now been warned. Respect yourself and allow the government to face governance in peace or face the consequences. If you want power, wait and contest in 2027. Enough of the disruption.

Castrate the idiot or kill him.

Odewaleadesoye:
A 20-year-old housewife, Lubabatu Yusuf, has narrated how one Sani Saleh Mu’azu, a Deputy Superintendent of the Nigerian Immigration Service, who happens to be her husband’s benefactor, allegedly raped her in the presence of her two children.

Recounting her ordeal to journalists in Bauchi on Monday, Lubabatu said the incident occurred when Mu’azu visited their residence on December 9, 2023.

According to the victim, her husband reported the incident, leading to Mu’azu’s arrest, but he was later granted bail.

The victim lamented that since her alleged rape, the police have failed to investigate her complaint but have arrested and detained her husband for alleged defamation of the suspect.

She explained that she and her family have been traumatized by the rape incident and the arrest of her husband.

The woman said,

The traumatised victim, whose husband is still in police custody, expressed regret that three weeks after she petitioned the Bauchi State Commissioner of Police, nothing had been done.

Lubabatu said further that she couldn’t define the exact relationship between Muazu and her husband. She said her husband did not give her details.

She recalled that her husband had a thriving transport business in Kaduna before he met Muazu whom he introduced as an ‘uncle’ and the family saw him as a father figure.

The victim asserted that Mu’azu later lured them to Bauchi with promises of a better life.

According to her, shortly after relocating to Bauchi, her husband’s business collapsed and the family experienced financial hardship forcing them to withdraw their children from school.

Speaking on the development, Founder of African Child Development and Human Rights Protection, a human right organisation, Alkassim Muhammad, expressed disappointment that the police had failed to investigate the complaint of rape brought by the victim and instead arrested her husband.

Akassim recalled that he wrote a petition, dated December 22, 2023, on behalf of the victim, calling on the Bauchi State Commissioner of Police, Auwal Mohammed, to re-arrest the Deputy Superintendent of Immigration and properly investigate the allegation, as rape is crime that must be not be treated with levity.

Alkassim vowed that the African Child Development and Human Rights Protection will take every legal action to ensure that Lubabatu secures justice in the court of law.

When contacted by DAILY POST, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Bauchi Command, Ahmed Wakil, explained that the victim’s husband, Yusuf, was arrested following a complaint of defamation and other charges.

But Wakil said he could not confirm whether the petition letter addressed to the Commissioner of Police by African Child Development and Human Rights Protection had been received.

He, however, disclosed that the police were investigating the incident.

When contacted by DAILY POST, the accused Immigration Officer, Sani Sale Muazu, denied all the allegations.

He told DailyPost in a phone interview that the allegation is a calculated attempt to dent his name and destroy his career.

However, he added that he would not comment further on the allegation since the issue is being investigated.
