The officers here said, they don't have wifi for over a year now and I have to pay them for their data. I now told them that there's no problem, I have enough data and that they can use my hotspot. The woman who looks like their head said they can't use my data and that I must pay for it.

I was still typing when I was called to take my vaccine after they discussed somethings in low tone for a long time. Thereafter, the woman who now gave me my card said she won't upload it except I give her data. I am still at the FMoH, I might soon create a scene here.
