FakoMaybach1: Upon how far Goodluck Jonathan has gone to avoid trouble and exchanging words with Buhari and his zombie army, they keep trying to rope him
in everyday.....I find it hard to believe that a man who has unequivocally stated it that he loves this country and that he is grateful to the
nation for keeping him in positions of power for more than 10 years...to suddenly turn around and want to cripple the country ...it doesnt add up
i have no doubt that he might be remotely responsible because his regime enriched a lot of people, both people that deserved it and people that
did not deserve it and due to this access to resources these individuals are creating mayhem.
But i can bet one thing, he cannot and will not be directly responsible for the avengers and all other miscreants
Ebelemi is a good man, that fact nobody can dispute even he is humble to a fault and respects the rule of law like a sheep...
should he be probed yes, but should such a probe be publicized No....If found guilty how should he be treated? My opinion with respect
Jonathan has paid his dues to the unity of this country and to the economy of the poor man... Please let him be and focus on the task of
Keeping the country united and well fed...WE HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DIVIDED AS A PEOPLE #Abum Nwafo Orlu ezinwanne unu ga-adi
okoro2much: Jonathan is of internation reputation. They would ask Buhari to show prove. You don't know that a propet is not celibrated in his own country? The outside world (especially African countries) doesn't look at GEJ the way you do.
searchiing4love: I support the probe of Jonathan. He supervised a corrupt filled government and he must pay the price. I suggest the FG freeze his accounts and seize all his assets
Don't blame Jonathan, OBJ called him and he try is best.
the man self no like his dog because if he do he wouldn't name him a cursed name like buhari
Jonathan cannot say he is d best maybe for corruption. Yes the luckiest president, crude at above $100 but lavish lifestyle no saving even put us in debt of over $40 billion.
See Nigeria, no survival resources Jonathan lavish and borrow.
proeast: I dont blame those that name their dogs buhari because the dullard's IQ is like that of a dog. He is busy chasing shadows while the economy continues on a free fall. What a shame!
tuniski: With Dangote refinery coming on board there is hope. All the noise about our taste for foreign goods is smoke screen. The real forex pressure comes from govt failure on refining petroleum products locally : govt taste for Foriegn petroleum products!
Thank you, how can we rely on importation of petroleum products an essential commodities and expect progress in our economy. With crude at $100/$140 they are claiming largest economy now with global crashed of Oil price we are back to square one.
Temptee101: At this juncture, wholeheartedly i sincerely regret ever being a nigerian. Nigeria is cursed with a cursed dullard
With the Oil boom, Nigeria failed to build a refinery to stop wasting our forex all this year's. Our leaders prefer to Import and pay subsidies instead of refining locally. This is the payback time for a lavish spending.
With Jonathan no saving and put us in over $40 billion debt. Jonathan borrow to pay salary before handling over to Buhari.
blueto: Buhari, you have convinced us that you have nothing to offer, so can you kindly return the economy back to how it was before GEJ handed over to you?
TeamSimple: Can I ask you a question Do you even know why we have increase in the price of commodities?
Does he know anything about economy?, they are claiming Jonathan made Nigeria economy the largest with crude oil windfall. I wonder why we call that largest economy by just selling crude oil a country that don't produce anything.
Selling crude at $100 to $140 free Oil money make us a largest economy with no survival resources.
gabazin080: someone will come here and say the change is happening right now. its been 2 weeks since we saw light in my street and i cant even afford to pay #150 for a litre of petrol to fuel my gen.
under GEJ, even foreign rice is just 8k talkless of local one
Stop renting, under Jonathan Angola was building Glass skyscrapers better than Nigeria but today in crisis.
Do you know know the current prices of essential foodstuff in the country? rice, beans, garri, bread, palm oil, groundnut oil, semovita, refiling of gas, kerosene, coal, beverages, just to mention but a very few?
Do you honestly think or believe if you live in the country and earn your salary in naira you would still stick to your gun and believe all is well?
It was extremely disastrous under the last regime but dude, Nigerians are not smiling at all and this is beyond political , religious or ethnic affiliation..
You should come live here for 3 months without dollar or BP backing and experience what Nigerians are facing..
No duro sibi yi naa..
Our leaders failed, simple. Read about Angola bellow from Washington post, an American news outlet.
Why will a country with crude be Importing petroleum products an essential commodities for 16 years of democracy wasting our forex instead of building a refinery to refine locally.
DropShot: Where I live, since the crude crash began and despite that the country uses its earnings more judiciously than Nigeria, fuel pump price has been increased on three occasions.
House rent has gone up.
Prices of consumer goods have shot up by more than 30%
Thousands of jobs have been lost as a result of same drop in crude earning (it's by God's Grace many of us are still employed).
Despite all these, residents understand that all the developments are a result of drastic drop in the country's income.
Don't I have people I send money to on monthly basis? Or do you think if I was sending N100k before now, it will still be that same N100k in these hard times?
We need to be pragmatic and show understanding.
Thank you, they don't like the truth.
Instead of building a refinery with Oil boom, our leaders are busy wasting our forex on importation of petroleum products instead of building a refinery and refine locally and save the forex for future generations.
Remove dollar spend on importing petroleum products an essential commodities today the scarcity of dollar will disappear.
989900: Guys like him are intellectually helpless, their only haven, because apparently they can't just shut up, is to take the tribal route.
Mr, what is your problem? The same Yoruba vote Jonathan 2011 and he failed.
Read Angola news below, what has Jonathan did with our Oil Boom except importing petroleum products an essential commodities to run our economy without looking inward for local refining to stop wasting our forex on importation.
loopman: Thst road has been abandoned by successive govts for several years despite the fact that it's one of the most economically strategic road in Nigeria as it's the major getaway from Apapa wharf for good transportation up country. Dangote has been trying palliatives on the road without much success. BRF visited and within a month, that road that has virtually turned to Abiku has been repaired. My only reservation now is the very narrow temporary gantry to restrict big lorries. It will be causing massive traffic build in apapa during evening rush hours.
They need to move to Tin can/Apapa road portion too.
The truth is coming out finnaly.. but it's too late for all that, you don't have to tell us Jona got us in trouble, you were part of it, you contributed by colluding with the same Jona you are now throwing under the bus by stealing and handing over our money to Dasuki to share with the whole of PDP..
Better late than never sha..
I need the video, you are bless, they will soon ban you.
Our journalist are not helping matters, I expect a Nigeria journalist to have interview this woman.
With crude at $100 above, she withdraw $13 billion from reserve another $10 billion from the FG share ECA and borrowing of over $40 billion debt on Nigeria.
suavetony: Anybody clapping for buhari must re-think. I don't know why he resorted to militarization of SS instead of dialogue. The economy is almost crippled. We don't need this right now! He should realize that those countries selling those stuffs will sell same to militants... Oil price increases while we fight and kill ourselves. Common sense is not common I tell you. If Buhari cannot steer this ship...he should honourably resign!
We need a strong country, a strong military make a strong country.
Pidggin: The same Wike and Fayose have acknowledged their mistake haven discovered that Sheriff is an APC mole so why do you keep jumping from one thread to another posting the same thing using your alternate monikers?
Why not advice Sheriff to move to your APC party since you care so much about the way he is being treated in PDP
Do you remember any opposition to PDP?, OBJ kill AD.
SeriousMinded: The same votes that brought this hunger and corrupt adminitrastion to power, the same votes will send them back to where they came from. All Padded Congress APC.
Read below, If Jonathan squander 1) $13 billion from reserve 2) $40 billion debt. 3) FG share of $10 billion from ECA.
Now no saving oil crashed what is a way out, you age can be president.
DrGraveYardz: If the PDP dies today as an opposition party, the APC should know that a new party more vocal than PDP will spring up. You can never eliminate opposition!
