My major surprise is the rich dudes who have not realized that investing in public health is a cash cow. They rather build cocroach infested smelly hotels.

HI, First i am sorry if i am inter fairing in your topic. Yes i agreed with you. I have been to Nigeria and have observed a lot of single specialty private hospitals. What these people need to do to come up with multi superficiality hospital. I have come across with lot of good doctors in Nigeria and we are still in touch. I have been in touch with some business men in Nigeria and we are planning to come with some hospital in Nigeria. We are also in the process of tieing up with university in Enugu to help more and more medical students. We are also in the process to conduct some program for the post graduate doctors. This topic really help me to know the requirement in Nigeria. I will definitely propose to train more n more pediatricians. Thanks

I am really sorry to hear about your sister though i am not sure about the other news which you have heard from some poeple about fake doctors are opearting patients in Abuja. First i will talk about your sister:-

I would reallly want to know where did your sister go and the name of the doctor who has done this nonsence and at a same time will suggest you before you make your plan to trip to any hospital in the world please do little research on hospital. There are people in the world who are corrupted and those are not only in India or in Nigeria but everywhere in the world. I have one case today from Nigeria a patient who was diagnosed cancer three months back in Nigeria. He went to hospital with the complain of pain in Abdomen. Doctor opened his both side right and left without doing proper work up. Because of that cancer has spreaded all over and can not be taken out with surgery. Now you tell me or suggest her what should he do We receive thousand of people from Nigeria in a year for treatment you tell how many patients you have come acroos expressing their disregards about Indian hopsitals. I have come acroos people in Nigeria who are doing anything to earn money but then i should not start calling Nigerian theives because i have got lot many very good friends in nigera who have been wonderfull with me or the other people around them. I am not saying that you are wrong anywhere since your sister has had bad experiance with some hospital In India but what i am saying please be carefull while choosing any hospital in the world. Just to save some money do not compromise with the treatment. I will suggest you go to the right place.

Just ignore the other news because not only people but also countries have problem with Indian Medical because we have not only latest technology but also reasonable then any other country in the world though the quality is the same as american hospital has. So its just an effort to pull Indian Medical tourism down.
