Y'all was here after the South Africa match claiming Chukwueze was our best player during that match, forgetting Ndidi who keeps grinding his heart out for the whole team. How is the Chukwueze fairing today ?

Fayose stupidly believed that Ekiti people are fools because we gave him a second chance in 2014. The 2014 victory got into his head and he felt he's one kind of political genius that knows it all. He quickly dismantled the united coalition that worked for him and made himself the alpha and omega of everything in the state. He failed to fulfil all his promises to political leaders in his own party and when they complain, he tags them an enemy and start victimising them. People who couldn't stomach such nonsense started leaving the party for him. Instead of retracing his steps, he became more hardened and told everybody that cannot accept his dictatorship to leave the party. More people left.

With his attitude coupled with the fact that he doesn't listen to the opinions of others, his downfall was just a matter of time. To show how stupid and arrogant Fayose can be, he publicly announced his preferred successor almost a year before the election. That alone gave his opponents both within and outside the party enough time to strategies against him. APC quickly reached out to those they knew would be aggrieved after PDP primary and reached a working agreement with them to defect once Fayose succeeds in imposing Eleka.

More foolishly, Fayose choose a candidate from Ikere Ekiti and still went ahead to create problem for him in his hometown by wagging an unnecessary war against Olukere, the traditional and spiritual head of the town. Olukere was arrested and locked up for some days in Ado-Ekiti few months to the election. Fayose's supporters openly celebrated the public humiliation of the traditional ruler without thinking of the political consequences. On election day, Olukere's supporters and the people of Afao-Ikere quarters turned up for APC thereby resulting in an almost equal division of Ikere votes. If Ikere had voted solely for their son, PDP would have won the election.

Apart from his crass arrogance, Fayose is also very stingy. He believed he can always get what he wants from people by manipulating them. In days towards the election, billions of naira was raised from PDP governors but Fayose sat over the money alone. Even Eleka didn't have access to campaign funds. Party members were complaining discretely since nobody could confront him openly. His stinginess also led him not to fulfil his N10,000 promise to motorist that agreed to park their vehicles in government house when Buhari visited the state. Most of the drivers failed to turn up for him on election day.

Finally, he allowed Adeyeye to leave the party. That was the last straw that broke the camels back. Adeyeye was the leader of the party before Jonathan hijacked it for Fayose in 2014. Adeyeye was placated with a ministerial appointment so as not to leave the party. In 2018, Fayose saw no reason to placate him. He instead ordered Mere Olayinka and his lackeys to attack him in the media. The outcome is what we saw last Saturday.

Unfortunately, I'm having almost same problem. Just got engaged this past month and working towards our wedding later this year. Premature ejaculation has been a huge problem for me although my fiancee has been understanding about the whole issue, but every time this P.E happens I feel like I'm letting her down and somehow I think it's been affecting my morale generally..

Everyday I'm just glad I didn't stay behind in that State for my NYSC... I guess this is one testimony agaiin that I made the right choice... Back at orientation camp some of my colleagues fell for the #10k state allawee promise, then I knew it was a sham... I mean a govt that can't pay his civil servant on schedule will now pay us 10k...impossible

NYSC changed the procedure for correction of date of birth in this batch. A WAEC verification PIN would have done the magic in the past. Now you have to apply for the correction through the Student Affairs Officer of your institution and you have to be fast about it. You will need the following:

A hand-written application to the Student Affairs Officer (SAO) of your institution to be forwarded to the NYSC including the following:

1. A copy of West African Examination Council (WAEC) Results Certificate showing Date of Birth;
2. Completed Bio-Data form upon entry into the Institution; and
3. First School Leaving Certificate
4. WAEC Results Verification PIN for use by NYSC

I don't know why they are putting PCMs through the stress of this long process because the WAEC PIN is what will still be used for verification of the date of birth. The only thing this new method is introducing is protection of NYSC against any legal backlash since you'll be tendering a handwritten and signed application letter to NYSC to change your date of birht to the one on your WAEC certificate. In case the date of birth on your WAEC certificate is wrong as well, NYSC can't be held responsible with this new approach. Before you follow the procedure to apply for correction, be sure that the date of birth on your WAEC certificate is correct or less than 30years for those trying to avoid EXEMPTION.

My own issue is that its only on my WAEC cert that 1988 was wrongly used instead of my true 1989 DOB..my Jamb details has my correct DOB and while doing my NYSC reg it brought my correct 1989 DOB and I did the registration. so does your above solution works for me too or what can you advice that I do ?

Just to clarify things, its only on my WAEC Cert that the wrong DOB was used oo. My Jamb details has my true DOB and on my NYSC portal it brought out the correct DOB and I did the reg. So do you still advice I go to Jamb office when its WAEC that is having my wrong DOB on their Cert...
