Before I forget lemme show you how Genex has been crafty changing and denying that capital return request wasn’t 24hrs .the first email screen shot was sent in June while the modified one was sent sometimes in September .you can carefully see that 24hrs has been removed . You did not address the fact that the conversation you were having with that admin was done within context of your personal relations and understanding as two admins at that time, and that whatever flexibility with which the admin agreed to effect your payment at that time, is still superceed by the overall Terms of Genex payments as stated in the screenshot above.
Since the law states very clearly from the outset, that 120 days maximum, it simply means that Genex is still working the stipulations of the Terms as long as it has not delayed your payment BEYOND THE STIPULATED 120 DAYS. However, within a few days you began to threaten admins, place curses on admins and began to private chat members with claims that GeneX is a scam.
Did you realise the legal ramifications of you, as a serving admin, engaging in all these subversive and treacherous activities against the company while you were expecting them to honour an obligation where you were already breaching the Terms of the same obligation in a grave manner?
You posted the above personal conversations without telling people that higher authorities of the company had already known about your treachery which, according to the Terms, gives the managemeny the right to sanction you according to the Terms.
We are waiting for your next lie.

So the issue isn't that they don't pay ROI which you initially claimed was totally false. It's advisable you say the truth in this public forum for everyone to understand you. Also be exact in the following:
1. The exact date you enrolled into the GeneX program.
2. Your initial capital.
3. Your total ROI till date.
4. What exactly is the secret they hide which you have promised to expose.
5. Also let this forum know if there is any act of fraud ever perpetrated by GeneX with clear verifiable evidence.

Let's be mindful that you seem to be the only one here accusing GeneX of unfair treatment. Also note, GeneX is a cryptocurrency exchanger, a digital wallet service provider and an investment platform. Ponzis don't have all such services. To me, I can see that the area you're having issues with them is in the investment aspect of their services. So no one should label them such a name in the spirit of fairness and justice.

Like i said earlier , everything i will say and i have said is totally truth YES my last ROI was not paid on Novemeber 3rd , may i tell u that my ROI is one of the biggest in genex,on Friday November 3rd i dindnt get my ROI as i have expected , i raid the issue on the Hall . that my ROI was not paid.Saturday came no payment still, i asked again on the Hall ,and i was told to wait till sunday, since sunday is Piggy pay day ,everybody will be paid together . Sunday investors will low ROI were paid i didint get mine,off course i complained again . iwas told its ongoing that i should wait ...Monday came nothing still , i was warned not complain on the hall again so i dont scare new investors.. Long story short i was blocked,....pls just wait the story will soon come to that

Low and behold 28th September came nonpayment was done .we enquirerd why the payment was not paid on 28th as promised.email proof attached below ! Genex insisted that money was placed in special vault that processed requires time that we have to patient .had it been we requested for Naira that the process will be faster .

After 7 days Genex no payment .we requested for naira but they declined that BTC payment was already in progress and can’t be reveres and we have to wait for at 21 days and we on queue and payment stopped at 38 and ours is 61 .so we remained patient .

I will continue tommorow with the full gist to avoid been banned .the whole truth will be out here nothing will Be spared I promise

After tenure expiration Genex promised to pay 24hrs after .but later said payment for piggy sole was 72hrs....after ward another mail was sent that the money will reflect in the wallet on or before 28th September reason due to multi signatory and we were assured that the delay was will be resolved soon

First of all. i didn't make claim that genex did not Pay ROI infact i was one of those you post my proof of payment and even campaign for genex
But as you all know theres no smoke without fire. why would anybody want to bite the finger that fed him.?i just tired of all the lies

The issue started when Investment tenure of my downline kenny 2995 ended after 4 month , Even genex and all those coming out here trying to defend genex would agree that capital was promised to be returned 24 hours after expiration. i bet that none of you would have even registered if you were told you woul have to wait 120 days..in next couple of post i will proof with evidence that genex has not been entirely truthful and this calls for concern .

Genex Admin and management has been very manipulative , and you will all see how they craftily avoided some critical questions i asked .

Sequel to mail i received about my account termination,

I am very disappointed in Genex and it policies and for not keeping to their promises.when due
As for me i acted on my best judgment after i realised my account was already terminated and placed on queue , i tried exploring all options , which lead to my dismissal form the admin and blockage from the group .accusing me of not being patient is my personal problem . All the question below raises eyebrow and suspicions toward genex Organisation as a whole,and i am waiting for response if any ... if no response then i am free to form my opinion how i seem fit

That Kenny 2996 capital recall process started before genex kept changing the waiting days from 24hr -72hrs -7day and 21days. why was there no communication after 21 days that the waiting period in now 60 day.of which is now shifting to 120 days. why did promise to pay him a total of 7 times and failed with different excuses

Why was the portal opened for him alone to fill the NGN form ?, when Genex claim hes still on queue ,why did genex promised to pay in installment ?

Why was additional money promised to be paid after 700k was paid .?
Why was they no communication about the queue number , 61 from the current 38 they stop.? when the lead admin was asked he said its confidential.till date nobody know where payment stopped ?

why did one of the admin A3 in particular say that we may have to wait endlessly if we keep complaining?

why did genex send a mail originaly on the 23rd of September that the payment will be paid in full on or before 28th September ,only to be told the BTC was in multi sign vault and cant be reveres. ?

After payment of the first 700k which was assumed as the first installment , why did genex not communicate the remaining balance and what rate the remaining balance will be paid.? why did genex agree decide not to pay him with current BTC rate ?

why did genex denied kenny2995 access to use the Escrow service which i wanted to absorb so he can continue enjoying his ROI

why did Genex ask kenny to pay another Gateway fee and buy shares compulsorily so as to be returned to Piggy sole ?

why was my ROI not paid on the 3rd of November , i complained on the hall that my dashboard was crossed no response from genex until Monday when i summoned all the admin. after 3 days

why was i blocked form the hall for asking for my ROI which is in my right to ask as a sought of reminder when i was getting no feedback ?

Why did the lead admin tell me that if i complain that Genex will terminate my piggy account . only for me to check my account the next day , my dashboard has been collapsed , capital crossed in red, blocked form the group?

No reputable organisation will terminate a customer investment all because he complains .Everybody has a right to express him or herself when things are not right .

why has my ROI not been paid till now ?After 7 days , The general mail was sent after an admin disclosed to me that he hasn't been paid for 14days

when i was accused of sabotaging the council , why was i not giving a chance to prove my self , or trial if any

That All my allegation about genex concerning the capital return of kenny 2995 is %100 truth and Genex should point out one single Lie ?

Genex as a reputable company should know better except there is foul play some where. That integrity is earned and you cannot silence a man on the truth .i repeat i have no regret for my action ,i added all admin in the group and challenged them so they can know the whole truth , other member that contacted me i also told them the whole truth

Now, go to COMPANY SEARCH on the website of Corporate Affairs Commission, check for GENES SCIENTIFIC NIGERIA LIMITED; you will see it there with RC Number Six Three Seven Seven Three Eight. Information on CAC website contains the full physical address of the company in Abuja, and it also shows that this company has been registered with the Federal Government for over decade now. FACT.

And I am not a paid employee or owner of Genex payment. I only stumbled on all this information through research.
