Greetings o, I used Kenya. Hopefully by next week, I'll be sharing my own timeline. barby008: Tbh, Accra direct and Abuja/lagos VFS takes almost the same timeline nowadays. If you aren't in a hurry, just use Lagos and give them 2 months max..use that time to tidy up things
Abuja VFS took 5 weeks for me, received passport on Thursday |

Allegory for President!!! Please how do I go about sending it to Accra? I did my biometrics in Lagos, would that affect my chances? Thank you so much for the advice!! Allegory: Wow you finally got the ready for visa mail? Congratulations. You don’t need to inform them about pregnancy, I believe the mail mentions the kind of circumstances you need to inform them about. Just send your passport and other requested documents. How soon you hear from them depends on which office you send to. Accra takes about 6 weeks I think.
Oh I just noticed the ‘got engaged’ part. What’s your plan? You can travel, get your PR, come back, get married and start the spouse application process which will take about a year. |

Oh my fellow citizen, I am so happy for you. And sending you warm hugs, it is hard and you will heal. God bless you xx Andyosifo: 6/5/2022 5:17pm It's PPR!!!
This Canada journey started 2016
I applied for study visa in 2016 and 2017, both were rejected, so I decided to try EE, but my score was around 340. In 2018, I started a masters program at the national open university of Nigeria and I graduated January 2020, in between, I took several IELTS exam, however; writing and listening prevented me from getting my desire score, until August 2020.
My ECA is a testament that God still works wonders. It was at the thick of the Corona virus lockdown (june/July 2020) and all my contacts advised me to not bother applying for transcript cos they were all on lockdown, but I decided to take the step of faith by applying online and in six weeks my ECA was ready.
October 2020, I got ITA , and November 21, AOR. May 6, 2022, PPR
I should be jubilating, however; I lost my only sister last week. May her soul rest in perfect peace.
Special thanks to everyone who contributed in one way or the other to this success, especially @Graciouswords and Mr pein. |

Hello my fellow citizens,
I greet you in peace and good health.
So here's my gist I just got engaged and just received my Correspondence letter (I'm not sure what the short form is here) and just found I'm pregnant all in the space of 3 days. Would I need to declare to Canada that I'm pregnant? Are there any tests that are done? How soon will I be able to hear back after I send my details?

Omo Trenches got me feeling some type of way today, but thanks sha I need the reality-check. This community rocks! Allegory: Lol ain’t you FSW? Too late to be worrying about that. Doesn’t matter where you selected, you already got ITA and remed, meaning PPR on the way soon. |

Okay, thanks for sharing! ednut1: as long as you don’t select Quebec its fine. Where you select has no basis or impact on pr application. You can chose bc and go love in north territories. No one cares. On a second thought are you talking about province nomination selection on the ee profile |

My People!
I salute you with respect.
Please I came to report myself and humbly ask for guidance.
I selected Vancouver, BC on my FSW application. Could that affect my PR chances? Has anyone gotten PR from Vancouver?
Should I start applying to Universities?
**eek! okay I'm not panicking again... *sigh* God's got this #delayisnotdenial** |

Allegory: You’re definitely not the only one. They also seem to be prioritizing old applications right now so yours is probably close. Thank you so much, God bless you tremendously |

Hello All,
Please I need to know I'm not the only one that has been waiting for a month now
ADR - March 1st Remed - March 8th (passed) No GU yet. A friend said they are prioritising Ukraine residency applications first
I know God will do it, but it would be nice to know I'm not the only one in this predicament. Could it be something is wrong with my ADR? |
